Stay aboard the eco-friendly two-story 63 ft River Queen with a 360 degree view with beautiful sunrises and sets, mored 1/8 mi offshore in a quite harbor close to shopping center, movie theater, hospital, bars & restaurants. A 10-foot dinghy with small outboard to come & go from shore "ONLY", nowhere else.I also offer Personal Training, deep tissue work & Life Coach sessions.I live on the vessel about a hundred yards from you so if there are any questions, etc.I will be there to assist you.The space63 ft. two-story Eco Friendly River Queen vessel mored off shore in a protected Harbor with a 360-degree rotating View.It's equipped with solar panels & a wind generator.There's a 10 ft dinghy to get to & from Shore "ONLY", nowhere else. The sunrise &sets are beautiful.Enjoy your journey.Guest accessYou"ll have access to the whole vessel which has a downstairs, upstairs & a rooftop.Only two people allowed on the boat, "No" exceptions.Other things to noteI have a rain water system that supplies the vessel & I ask that there is conservation of water.
