匿匿名ユーザーDas Hotel entspricht eher einem 3 Sterne Hotel!!!
Das Frühstück ist sehr minimalistisch , kaum Auswahl - war enttäuschend ..
Nur Toastbrot! Ansonsten keine Brotauswahl...
Es gab eine Karte mit Auswahl Omlett oder Rührei...
die Zubereitung vom Rührei dauerte jedoch sehr lange obwohl kaum Ftühstücksgäste waren. Da braucht man Geduld...
Positiv war das Zimmerservice und dass das Personal am der Reception auch Englisch sprach sowie die Lage...
PPIT SHINGDo not expect the Front Desk to be helpful. I tried to get Taxi fare settled by charging my room at any service charge added as I do not have local currency. The Front Desk staff do not accept.
I do have USD cash and want to exchange to local currency at the Front Desk. The staff asked me to go to local money exchange that is 10 minute walk away.
It made me into deep trouble when the staff not helpful. I want to change USD cash to local dollar and they refused. It made the taxi driver very unhappy as well.
Also the room has nothing - No complimentary bottle water (charge 600 local dollar per bottle). No hot water kettle. No coffee and tea packs.
STAY AWAY from this hotel.
KKazzy travelerNot sure why this hotel gets so highly rated. I had room 502, a large room on the 5th floor, facing Guemes Street (I think..) it had a large king bed, a kitchenette and a balcony. I found it felt tired. The wall that leads out onto the balcony is all floor to ceiling glass and has sliding doors. I don't think that it was double glazed and the seals were non-existent and let in every bit of noise from the busy street below. There were no seals on the hallway door and no soft close. I definitely won't be staying again.
AAnatole PangThe Faena is a stylish hotel which is now feeling a little old compared to when it opened. The room designs waste a fair amount of space and plumbing is showing signs of wear. The pool is a purely instagram facility which provides no exercise space whatsoever.
Having said all this, Faena is still conveys good quality overall. A lifestyle hotel in effectively a business district means that it falls between two stools but is probably still one of the top spots in Buenos Aires.
