The Rustic Cottage is a 4-bedroom 2.5 bathrooms house in Oakland situated on a 2.6 acres. The property has a king bed master bedroom on the main floor, 1 king,1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed on the second floor. There are three lofts above the bedrooms upstairs that can be used if more space is needed for an additional fee of $150 . House is not suitable for infants and toddlers, steep stairs throughout the property . We do not have cribs, pack n play or high chairs. Should you choose to stay at our property with kids 5 and under, please do not leave unsupervised. The Rustic Cottage is perfect for families or groups of friends. Gas grills also require careful handling, and guests should be aware of the potential dangers. We do everything to make sure the house is clean and ready for guests, but we can't control wildlife. Any stained or damaged towels that have been used to clean your car,floor etc, would result in extra fee.Smoking, vaping etc is strictly prohibited inside the house, front porch and deck area and it would result a $250 fee.We have three security cameras one on the front porch and two in the back.
