匿匿名ユーザーフレンドリーで親切なスタッフ。彼らが彼らを見るとき、常にゲストを迎えます。部屋は広くて快適で、海の景色を眺めることができます。ホテルはコンドミニアムにありますが、didiを予約したり、gpsを使用するときに見つけるのは非常に簡単です。ホテルの近くにはたくさんの食べ物のオプションがあります。

RRaisha MichelleI highly recommend staying at this B&B! The location, service, hospitality, facilities, amenities, and design are absolutely impressive. We visited for a family trip (Kunming - Lijiang - Dali - Kunming) and stayed at Mogu House Inn (Dali) for 2 days and 1 night.
Since there were 15 of us, it was quite a challenge to arrange transportation, we would have needed 4-5 Didi cars to accommodate everyone and our luggage. I contacted the hotel in advance to request pickup and drop-off service, and they gladly helped arrange vehicles for us. They provided two large vehicles, one for our luggage and another vehicle that comfortably fit all 15 of us. Upon arrival, the Mogu Inn owner & their staff welcome us warmly & politely, they even help to carry in the luggage's for the whole family to our rooms, which is a really big help and we appreciate it very much.
Cleanliness : Spotless clean and comfortable.
Service : Excellent! The owner is attentive, enthusiastic, and incredibly kind. All the staff are friendly and approachable. I’m personally thankful to the receptionist young lady who assisted us throughout our stay, she even arranging last-minute transportation for us to explore Dali city. She was responsive, kind & attentive. Everything you requested or asked she will do her best to help you. So much appreciated.
Breakfast : Complimentary. This was the only hotel on our trip that included breakfast, which was greatly appreciated for breakfast person like our family.
Location : Great location. Near to the west gate of ancient city, walking distance. The hotel surrounded by many restaurants, shops & supermarket, making it incredibly convenient to walk everywhere for food, drink & entertainment.
Transportation : Excellent! Just text them via Wechat request for pick-up or drop-off service, they will promptly assist you.
Facilities : The facilities here were amazing! The beds & pillows are soft, hot water well functioning (no need to wait for showering), the soundproofing was excellent. The room is voice intelligent, fully automated with smart voice control for the curtains and light, our whole family was incredibly amazed.
Decoration : Breathtaking! The inn is beautifully decorated from the exterior to the rooms, very aesthetic and stylish. My whole family was amazed!
Extra Note : We were pleasantly surprised that the washing machine and dryer are free to use, unlike other hotels we stayed at. This was especially helpful for our group, which included children.
In summary, our stay here is beyond expectation. The warm & attentive service and hospitality we received from the owners and the receptionist was truly heartwarming and has created unforgettable memories to us. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Dali and recommend it to friends and family.

Rric123The guest house owners were very initiative. They picked us up from the Dali Railway station. The rooms were clean. Since there are 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a big room and a smaller room joined together with 2 large beds. The view was amazing.
Upon arrival, it was 4.45pm, and we asked for recommendations of where to eat. However, since it's neither dinner nor lunch time, the owner Mr Hao suggested that we eat in the guesthouse itself. The guest house auntie cooked for us the best rice noodles that we have eaten so far. Springy white noodles in a bowl of hot flavourful broth. My kids slurped it all up and polished the whole big bowl.
When we asked for recommendations on local eating places, Mr Hao gave us a whole list of his specially curated food places, which we managed to try 2 of them. And indeed they were good.
The downside was that there were no coffee or tea sachets in the room. But they said they will make it for us and can send it to our rooms. They mentioned that they have a tea room. And so we enjoyed the 2 types of brewed puer tea while Mr Hao explained a little about the tea.
Personally, I feel that since they have a special tea room to enjoy tea, sending sachet or tea bags would be inappropriate and a disrespect to the art of enjoying Puer tea.
Location wise, it has a good view of the lake. And it's quiet. It's not exactly near the old town but we took a taxi (20 mins) to the old town. Thankfully, we didn't stay at the old town as it's way too crowded, and we felt it's a tourist trap. However, near the guest house, there were many highly recommended restaurants.
The guest house has a dining area on the 1st floor. One thing that I really enjoyed about this place is the dining area. The lady that cooked the meal for us looked like a typical chinese grandma (which reminded me of my late grandma) that she cooked the food so deliciously with passion. While we had our breakfast she would sit at another table, she wasnt staring , just casually sitting while browsing her phone or ensuring we finish our food but her presence reminded me of when my late grandma would sit and watch us eat to ensure we have no leftovers. Lol. It was an oddly familiar and nostalgic feeling that we laughed about. But we do get the homey feel, which we really liked. The guest house also had a laundry room for guests to use.
The guest house owners were very initiative, friendly, and helpful. Anything we need, we just let Mr Hao know, and he would reply. He even offered to send us back to the highway station.
It's definitely highly recommended. And I would ask my friends that should they come to Dali, they should stay in this place. It's just perfect for us.

NNEWJCloud House Hotel is hands down the best lakeside stay we've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond 5 stars — the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. They even came to pick us up and carried our bags, which was such a thoughtful touch.
When we wanted to explore the lake on an e-bike, they not only showed us where to rent one but also helped communicate with the rental shop. Truly above and beyond! In the evenings, they served delicious snacks and even prepared a comforting midnight soup — it felt like home.
One of the most memorable moments was when I requested a piece of cake for my kid’s birthday. The next morning at breakfast, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated plate and a complimentary slice of cake. My child was overjoyed and said it was the best birthday ever! The cake was not only thoughtful but also absolutely delicious.
We were also lucky to be upgraded to a room with the best view — waking up to the stunning lake and mountain scenery was magical. The bathroom was modern, clean, and very comfortable.
To top it all off, the whole hotel is beautifully designed and incredibly Instagrammable. There's even a super cute cat that made our stay feel even more homely and warm. Halal food is conveniently located just about 100 meters away, which was a huge plus for us.
We absolutely loved everything about Cloud House and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended!

CCasey1513First of all, the view is fantastic, really not clickbait! The service is great and genuine! The staff are friendly and helpful. We spent our nights there at the bar/cafe area hanging out with them as well as the majestic yet adorable cat. The location is little away from the more famous tourist spots, but the experience was worth it and you can travel anywhere easier by cab. Would recommend this to a friend!

YYuki Serene AngI had an extremely enjoyable stay at Mr Ma’s accommodation. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with genuine warmth and sincere hospitality. Throughout our stay, he assisted us with every need and often went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. We loved our time here so much that we extended our stay to a total of six nights!
We were deeply touched by his generosity and the thoughtfulness he showed every single day. Each morning, he checked in on us, asked if we had slept well, and made sure we had everything we needed. This is a family-run accommodation, and every member of the Ma family was friendly, warm, and welcoming. Mr Ma even took special care to accommodate my daughter’s cat allergy by keeping their cats away from the common areas — a gesture we truly appreciated.
One of the highlights of our stay was the meaningful conversations we shared with the family. We exchanged stories about our respective countries, shared insights about our cultures, and learned so much from one another. These heartfelt chats made our stay feel even more personal, and we genuinely enjoyed connecting on a deeper level beyond the usual host–guest interactions.
The room facilities were excellent — warm blankets, electric heating pads, newly installed air-conditioners, towels, a hair dryer, and a kettle. And every morning, we were greeted with a comforting bowl of noodles lovingly prepared by Mrs Ma — such a heartwarming way to start the day.
The location is ideal as well: close to the bustling streets and ancient town, with the mountains and lake just nearby. We enjoyed sitting on the top-floor balcony in the cool, crisp morning air, taking in the peaceful mountain views. Mrs Ma also shared wonderful food recommendations, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed.
During our stay, we met international travellers from France, and the Ma family communicated effortlessly using translation apps. It’s clear they have plenty of experience hosting guests from around the world. We also made a short trip to Lijiang, arranged through Mr Ma’s recommendation — a comfortable 9-seater car that picked us up directly from the accommodation and dropped us off at our next destination.
I highly, highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. I am deeply grateful for the kindness and warmth shown to us throughout our stay — right up until the moment we left, when Mr Ma personally helped us with our luggage.
Before you leave, be sure to take a photo with the family, and don’t miss the chance to chat with Mr Ma’s son, who is very eager to practise English with travellers.

地理位置也非常方便：靠近苍山,三月街 ,大里古城，耳海，周围就是山景与湖景。我们特别喜欢每天清晨坐在顶楼阳台，吹着清凉的晨风，欣赏宁静的山景。马太太还推荐了几家美食，我们都吃得非常满意。
在这里，我们还遇到了来自法国的旅客，马家人通过翻译软件和他们沟通毫无障碍，可见他们接待国际旅客的经验十分丰富。我们也根据马先生的推荐去了丽江——是宽敞舒适的九座车，从民宿直接接送，非常方便。
我真心、强烈地推荐这家民宿给前来旅行的朋友们。我非常感谢他们在我们整个旅程中给予的善意与温暖，甚至直到离开的那一刻，马先生仍亲自帮我们搬运行李。

ゲゲスト11月に大理のAnyu Hotelで5泊しましたが、この美しく整えられたブティックホテルはとても魅力的でした。温かみのある照明から、高級な堅木張りの床、天井、家具、部屋や共用エリアのあらゆる配慮の行き届いたアクセントまで、まるで自宅から離れた魅力的で居心地の良い家のように感じました。
ホテルのロケーションは素晴らしく、大理古城からすぐなので、カフェ、一流レストラン、薬局、市場、バー、その他何百もの店や露店まで、すべて徒歩2〜10分圏内です。渋滞に巻き込まれたり、車を呼んだりする必要はありません。
ベッドと枕はとても快適で、シャワーヘッドはとても強力なので、とても贅沢なシャワーを浴びることができます。
しかし、このホテルの一番の魅力は、温かく思いやりのあるスタッフです。
清掃スタッフの1人であるナンシーは、いつもとても親切で気配りがあり、おしゃべりも楽しく、訪れるべき場所の素晴らしいアドバイスも親切に教えてくれました。私たちはとても楽しむことができました。
アンナもとても話しやすい人で、優しくて感じのよい態度と思いやりのある言葉で、いつも会うのが楽しみでした。
キャンディも素晴らしく、いつも私たちの世話をしてくれ、近くの食事場所を勧めてくれました。彼女の温かい笑顔と優しい態度は忘れられません。
最後に、私たちが深く感謝しているのはヴィヴィアンです。初日、84歳の母がさまざまな症状を伴う病気にかかりました。ヴィヴィアンはわざわざ車を呼んで、近くの病院まで一緒に行ってくれました。そこで必要な書類の記入を手伝ってくれ、医者の診察を待つ間、1時間以上母のそばにいてくれました。薬が処方され、彼女は別の車を呼んで私たちをホテルまで連れて行ってくれ、近くの薬局に行って薬を取り、ホテルに持ってきてくれました。その時は夜も更けていて、彼女は仕事を終えたのに私たちを病院に連れて行ってくれたので、これはすべて彼女の自由時間でした。
母が回復したのは、主にヴィヴィアンの素早い、信じられないほど親切な行動のおかげです。彼女は本当に期待以上のことをしてくれました。私たちは、母を救うために彼女とAnyu Hotelにとても感謝しています。
