PPakFadhliLovely place with a beautiful garden and a tea house. Lots of cats and a dog were roaming around are kept by the innkeeper. The location is quite strategic to Dali Ancient Town and Muslim Street. The family room has lots of child friendly decoration and amenities. My small petty preference is that the toiletries they provided smells more masculine rather than unisex/all gender all age friendly, and even though the water came in bottles & mini dispenser, there were no tea nor coffee provided in the room. However, common self-service laundry was convenient and they had a private drier set up in the room!

I seldom wrote reviews but this hotel had me want to write one. If you are coming to Dali and is overwhelmed by the sheer amount of hotels, just book this one. Why? Let’s dive in.
1) Location: 10/10. Just at the beginning of the famous S-bend along the ecological corridor and half distance to Dali Ancient City and Xi Zhou Ancient City. Both 10km away. Away from crowds but close enough to sightseeing places. Easy to get a didi.
2) View: 10/10. The er hai Seaview is your window in the room, frameless full glass. Best part, watch the sun rises each morning at the comfort of your bed.. Trust me, the view is incredible.
3) Room comfort: 10/10. The decor is 5 stars luxe. Full glass bathrooms, lush bedding, hansgrohe shower systems, 50 inch TV, built in air conditioning, automated toilet, smart home system. What can you asked for. Even the bath towel is Ritz-Carlton standard.
4) Service: 20/10. Yes 20/10. They have exceeded the golden standard. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, their service is nothing short of amazing. They appear when you need them and you won’t see them when you need privacy. I think they are not trained to say ‘no’ to your request. I am surprised they served us dessert to our room without us requesting for it.
5) Amenities: 10/10. A whole fridge of beverages and beer and ice creams at your disposal. Help yourself anytime of the day at absolutely zero costs. Bring the whole fridge home if you want.
6) Breakfast: 8/10. Mini buffet style and I must say it’s good for China standard. The only downside is the breakfast area, small and noisy.
For the price we paid, it is a clear bargain for the hotel.

古都と蒼山の間に位置し、古都と洱海の夜景を眺めることができます。スタッフはとても優しいです。話し方もとても穏やかで、ゲストに対しても温かく丁寧に接してくれます。
彼らの庭は素晴らしく、ドアを開けるとすぐに花の香りがすることができます。庭園もあります。妻が気に入っているのは、風がとても強いホテルです。ホテルに入ると、花や植物、木々が生い茂る植物の海にいるような気分になります。朝は鳥や虫のさえずりで目が覚めます。
なんて素晴らしいホテルでしょう。

ゲゲストI spent a wonderful two weeks here in April / May, and absolutely loved it - my calmest, easiest experience in China so far. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the quality of everything in the rooms is very high, but it still has a ‘homestay’ feel - the balance is just right. The roof terrace has a gorgeous view of the mountains and is very relaxing, the hosts are kind and helpful (no English is spoken, but WeChat works well). The street is quiet, but it’s only a few minutes’ walk to great street food, cafes, bars and restaurants. I absolutely recommend this hotel and will return if I’m ever in Dali again.

ゲゲストThe best hotel I've ever stayed. We booked family suite for 3 adults. The room has a balcony and direct view to Erhai Lake. We can see direct sunrise from our room and we just walk downstairs then we are already at the lake, the famous 'Sheng Tai Lang Dao' where u could rent bike to ride along the lake.
The hotel is located at a very peaceful environment at Caicun. We had free pick up service from the train station. When arrived, we were given welcome drinks, welcome fruit basket, and also tea time voucher. They even served us hot milk during the night to our room before we dozed off! The service is superb! 😍
Hotel facilities is super good. There is washing machine and dryer at the top most floor, hence we get to clean our clothes. Apart from that, our room toilet bowl is a smart toilet, which has heater on the seat and has butt cleaning and drying services 😂
The room also has Marshall speaker where we could connect via bluetooth, super high tech air purifier and hair dryer. We even have a tea corner in our room!
The last day we were rushing off for train, despite noy breakfast time yet, the hotel allow us to takeover some ready food. Totally appreciate it.

ゲゲストWe had the pleasure of staying at Erhai Xinglai Lakeview Inn in picturesque Dali, and our experience was nothing short of magical. From the moment we booked, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, calling us to arrange for complimentary pickup from the airport.
Important tip: Dali's cobblestone streets can be challenging for luggage, so be sure to call the hotel in advance to arrange for their free pickup service.
Upon arrival, we were treated to a delightful tea break, complete with fresh fruits and fragrant rose tea. Witnessing the chef meticulously prepare the fruit platter for 30 minutes was a testament to the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to excellence. It's clear that every aspect of our stay was crafted with love.
The hotel offers thoughtful amenities, including:
- Photography package for capturing memories
- Nighttime milk service, delivering warm milk to your doorstep before bed
- Cozy library with an impressive selection of adult fiction, non-fiction, and children's books
Near the hotel, there are live singing performances in the evenings, featuring talented vocalists performing ********* and Chinese classics (we enjoyed listening from the comfort of our room!)
The staff's warm hospitality, combined with the hotel's charming ambiance and thoughtful touches, made our stay in Dali truly unforgettable. We highly recommend Erhai Xinglai to anyone seeking a tranquil retreat in this beautiful town.

ゲゲスト初めて大理に行った時、偶然この民宿を選びました。こんなに素晴らしいとは思いませんでした！CtripのブラックダイヤモンドV7会員として、毎年国内外の多くの五つ星ホテルに宿泊していますが、こんなに素晴らしい仙境ホテルに出会ったのは初めてです。サービス、部屋、景色、朝食、どれをとっても本当に素晴らしいです！特にサービスは本当に最高です！駐車場に着くとすぐに、2人のスタッフが笑顔で待っていてくれて、駐車と荷物の受け取りを手伝ってくれました！部屋は本当に素晴らしく、洱海の最南端の桟橋に位置し、180度の絶景が広がります！部屋にはソフトドリンク、インスタントラーメン、カラシナなど、あらゆるものが揃っています！滞在中は、美味しいウェルカムフルーツとカニの*スープをいただきました。もう一つおすすめしたいのは朝食です。朝食の種類は多くありませんが、どれも丁寧に作られていて、手間がかかっていて美味しいです。ちなみに、夜に隣のレストランで食事をした際に、何か食べ忘れてしまったので、店長に階下に取りに行ってもらうように頼みました。すると、スタッフの方が一緒に案内してくれて、取りに来てくれていました。お二人のスタッフの方々には感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。大理で初めてお会いできて感謝しています！次回大理に来る際は、またぜひこちらに泊まりたいと思っています！

FFinding_VivBooked this hotel specifically for the room. View was absolutely stunning and as advertised. They also offered a free photo shoot with 5 unedited photos.
Room was cozy and well equipped. Hairdryer was definitely one of the best we used. There was even a stocked fridge full of drinks, a first for us in China.
Hotel offered pick-up and drop-off at the high speed rail station for our room type. Communication via WeChat and phone were efficient and detailed. Within the Ideal City, hotel offered free transport around with golf carts as there were many levels and no elevators or escalators. Very convenient for those travelling with children or elderly.
