Very comfortable bed, hotel very clean, good breakfast (though only hot option was eggs & bacon). USB chargers beside bed which was handy. Nice toiletries in room. Staff lovely & allowed us to speak our half baked French! 5 min walk to great beaches. Sister hotel beside Les Terrasses has nice bar which did great cocktails & good food for us. I would ask hotel to book taxi to/from airport as their transfer was a lot cheaper than what we were charged at the airport. Only negative is it takes about an hour & 15 mins to walk to Biarritz, although bus to both Biarritz & Bayonne seem pretty reliable. We would return.

Very nice, comfortable hotel. Perfect hosts, both in the evening and in the morning. Very nice breakfasts. And some nice eating places in the neighborhood, the Thai street food place nearby had some good food

The good: It is clean. The mattress is comfortable. The TV and WiFi work. The airport is very close. The bad: The hotel is showing its age. It is more of a motel than a hotel. There is no elevator. The outdoor walkways and spiral staircases are not well-lit. The rooms are very small. The pillows are bad. No bar soap is provided, but there are soap dispensers on the wall in the bathroom, by the sink and in the bathtub. There are no washcloths, however. How does one use liquid soap with no washcloth? The ugly: The toilet. Probably not a big issue if you are alone in the room, but if there is a second person, be aware that the toilet tank requires a minimum of ten minutes to refill between flushes. When asked about it, the employees at the reception desk acknowledged this was an issue in all rooms. We would definitely look for a different option next time we have to fly out of Biarritz.

Hotel muy correcto por el precio. Estuvimos una pareja con 2 niños en una habitación con una cama doble y 2 camas pequeñas individuales, todas muy cómodas. La recepción tiene unos horarios pero se pueden registrar con una máquina automática que genera un código de acceso a la habitación.Hay parking incluido en el precio. El desayuno no tiene mucha elección pero todo está muy bueno. El personal es muy amable. El hotel está cerca de la autopista. La limpieza es muy correcta. La única pega es que la infraestructura del hotel no tiene ascensor y que el hotel está en un polígono dónde tienes que coger el coche para todo
