Amazing breakfast, best sunset, lovely hospitality! Felt like we were in heaven. The jacuzzi was lovely! We had an amazing honeymoon and birthday celebration here. Nek advised us of some dinner / lunch spots and we loved them! He was very helpful and lovely!

Cons: * Part of the restaurant/bar staff weren't so into customer service. It felt weird not to get even a hello sometime even we met everyday. We got a feeling that we weren't so important customers for them because we didn't eat in the restaurant. Sometime it felt like the hotel and the restaurant were even separate ”companies” * Umbrellas weren't practical which is such a shame! During 12pm-2mp it was already difficult to find free sunbeds and if there was, those were in the shade because you couldn't lower the umbrellas. Sunbeds are very close to others so it's also impossible to move them Pros: * Hotel staff! <3 We felt super welcome and they did everything to help us if needed. Reception staff were sooo nice, cheerful, had a great sence of humor and they just made us feel so good! We got a feeling they really cared about our stay there * Rooms and cleaning - waoh! I stayed in two rooms because my friends joined me later and that point we changed to a bigger room. So, both of the rooms were very nice, spacious and modern but not too much (I like more charming and picturesque hotels/rooms and this was it!). Best showers I've seen in Greece, always warm water and didn't need to wait water to flow. Cleaning was precise, towels and sheets changed everyday (optional so it's also ecological)... and finally, the view to the sea was spot on! Loved it! * Also the best breakfast I've had in this kind of smaller hotel in Greece. Lots of hot and cold varieties, hot dishes were not the same every morning, plenty of fruits, sweet things... 5/5 * Pool are is nice and clean, enough windy so it didn't get too hot there even in July. Very good sunbeds! Pool bar wasn't open the hours they advertised (opened later) but that wasn't a problem since you can have your own snacks and drinks when it's closed * Wifi was working well everywhere * You get beach towels with a deposit of five euros and can change those in reception * Location...couldn't be better in Kamari! Even it's so close to everything, never heard any noice while sleeping And one more time, I can't help it: BIG thank you for the hotel staff! You are the best! <3 also I want to send special thanks to the young guy who is serving people at the beach, your attitude is perfect for customer service and we had great laughs with you!
It is very difficult to add to the superlatives that have already been written, however I will try. We stayed here for two weeks at the beginning of July. The first things that strike you is the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of all the staff. We were with Jet 2 from Manchester, flight Saturday afternoon. A word of caution, this flight is always one hour plus late leaving. Arriving after midnight is never ideal but we were greeted as you would expect whatever the time. Our room over looking the road to the side of the hotel, was as described on the website, it was spotless. Breakfast on the first day set the tone, we had so much choice. We had a full breakfast and then didn’t need to eat until the evening. Nothing is too much trouble for the kitchen staff, ask, if they have it you will get it quickly with a smile thrown in. The staff, kitchen, cleaners, reception, pool bar, maintenance, are very conscientious, hard working and extremely polite and helpful. The tone is set by the owners who are very approachable. We couldn’t have asked for more from the hotel, we had a fabulous holiday. The hotel is very close to the beach and all the Kamari restaurants. Five minute walk gets you to the bus stop for a direct bus to Fira. Several supermarkets close by, the nearest being 2 minutes, it is Carrefour, they open 7 days a week, restricted Sunday hours. All rooms at the hotel have a fridge, so you can stock up on drinks etc. The pool bar at the hotel is run by two fantastic ladies who, again, epitomise the demeanour and can do attitude of all the staff. The pool bar serves a limited menu, all well cooked and presented throughout the day. My minor gripe, and this is not aimed at the hotel or its staff, it is aimed at the moronic, normally British holidaymakers who think it is alright to block off sun beds. It isn’t. At this hotel if people behave normally and show some respect for their fellow holidaymakers there would be no issues getting a place by the pool. The hotel have introduced a policy of unattended towels, for any period over one hour, being removed. They are loath to do this, please do not put them in this position, it is not clever and not needed. To the management of the hotel, treasure your staff, they are your best asset. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday.

RRealCalifornianWhite Pearl Villas was wonderful!
As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos.
Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best.
As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though.
The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature.
The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT.
The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day.
The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices.
There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers.
We did not try the breakfast or the massage service.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!
ゲゲストWe have just come back from this wonderful hotel, firstly we were greeted from the lovely reception staff that couldn’t do enough for us they offered us a glass of wine on arrival . This hotel was amazing especially the little touches cold flannels round the pool to all the staff constantly making sure we were ok and if we need anything !rooms were beautiful with lovely views surrounding the hotel .we had a room with a hot tub (lush) also very clean at all times cleaned every day and fresh towels every day .To the amazing staff in in hotel but for us we loved two of the bar staff called kostas and Demetrius both were amazing and went far and beyond for us and our friends these two are a real Credit to the hotel .The hotel is situated in a perfect location a bit of a hill to walk up to the main fara but definitely in most flattest location ,we will definitely be coming back to visit this hotel we had a amazing holiday thank u for everything Astro palace x from Kerry and Graham the card trick champs !x
ゲゲストWe had a hugely enjoyable and relaxing stay at Kallos Imar. Every member of the hotel team was friendly, extremely helpful and had the main purpose of making our stay so good, as their main aim. Really useful suggestions for places to visit, excursions to book, or not, no notice pick-ups from across the island, spotless rooms and communal areas and a genuine interest over our experiences and adventures made this one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We would thoroughly recommend staying here. The location is away from the busy tourist spots but ideally positioned to access any area of the island. Mesaria has several excellent places within easy walking distance to eat that the hotel will recommend, and we ate alongside local people rather than the restaurant/taverna being focused on tourists alone, giving us genuine local recipes and tastes.
ゲゲストLovely hotel that is very central in Fira. We stayed on the hotel side of Antonia and loved the decor of the room. We appreciated that they had shutters outside to help keep the noise and light of the room. The room was nicely appointed with many lights and we enjoyed the decor. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we appreciated that there was a coffee/tea station and a mini fridge in the room. The room was large enough for the two of us and there was a nice small balcony outside with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed only had one sheet on it but there was a comforter and the temperature was easy to control. There was slippers available in the room which were good for the cold washroom floor. The hotel rooms have smart TVs that are easy to connect to for Disney+ or Netflix but you have to install an application if you'd like to screencast.
The hotel has some nice common areas to hang out including two pool areas and a space by reception. The pools were closed when we came in March but it was also a little cool so we did not mind. They should be cleaned and ready to go by the summer. We really enjoyed the space by reception where there are lots of seats and benches to sit and hang out with other guests, or in our case the rest of our family. Anytime you are in the common area the staff will offer to make you a coffee or tea which was very nice of them.
The staff are sincere and welcoming. Once we checked in they asked if we had some time or if we would want to go directly to our rooms. We said we would have time and they brought out a map of Santorini and marked down the places we could check out during our stay. The hotel also offers a good tour of the island for 40 Euros per person which includes 7 stops including Oia, red sand beach, a black sand beach and the monestary. We had 5 people in our group and did our own tour using a car rental company nearby but would consider the hotel's tour if we were just a couple. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive even before we came - they assisted us with a booking error I had made and we resolved it quickly over the phone and a short email.
Transport to/from the hotel from the airport is easy because there is a bus station nearby and it costs 2 euros per person and the bus station is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bus wasn't running too frequently during our stay on Santorini and if that is the case during your stay you can book the hotel's shuttle service - they have a large comfy van and charge 7 Euros per person. The alternative is a taxi and you are at the will of the driver for the ~10 minute drive and could be charged 40-50 from what we hear.
The hotel does not offer breakfast or room service but there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel recommended a few that were within a five minute walk of the hotel and the one we tried was lovely. There is a grocery store about 100 m from the hotel that has pretty much everything and there's a bakery near the Fira Main Square. Souvenirs can also be bought at the Fira Main Square and they probably have the best prices we saw in Santorini for souvenirs!
Overall, it was a great stay and because we stayed in March we got an awesome price. The room we had was nice, quiet and comfy during our stay.
ゲゲストWarning ⚠️ avoid it and spend your time and money anywhere else but this Terrible manager attitude and behaviour, very impolite and rude, doesn't know English and constantly shouting on you before even listening or try to communicate via text at least. The room wasn't as described, the breakfast was terrible with his smoke smell on it and the coffee was instant coffee and cold with his smoke smell. I was alone but room had breakfast for 2, so I paid for 2 breakfasts, so I messaged him before arriving and asked a breakfast on arrival and one on checkout, he accepted by email, when by checkout I went for breakfast, he started to shout on me and insulting me front of other guests and kicked me out of the eating area, then he started to talk about me in a bad way with other guests and make fun of me. I came out of the hotel shaking and shocked. I could not believe such an experience in Santorini and in Greece. This hotel with his mental manager should be avoided by all travellers.
