「A decent place close to anna Maria island like 10mins drive . Breakfast is really good . Overall good but the price is steep. Rooms are too small and windows too thin , you can hear outside traffic noise. Not worth for the price you are paying. Not enough rooms facing the water . No proper shower room at the pool if you decide to enjoy it while you checkin at 4pm or you checkout late . Limited space to loiter till checkin. Hotel and bar food is good but pricey.」

Welcome to Tranquil Tide Villa #1, a relaxing, tropical river view paradise! This end unit has beautiful views of the Manatee River and is situated steps from Mineral Springs Park and the 3 mile long Bradenton Riverwalk. You have quick access to fishing, dining, shopping, beaches, gardens, and historical sites. This tranquil villa decorated in turquoise like the sea is a newly updated one bedroom, one bath retreat with a walk in tiled shower, full kitchen and stocked coffee/tea bar. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The front patio has stunning views of the mile wide Manatee River. The back patio has a fabulous garden view complete with a century old Live Oak Tree with babbling waterfall underneath. Head out back to walk the gardens, sit by the waterfall, nap on the hammock, or take a dip in the heated pool. While sitting out back, you can read a book, listen to the birds, watch the abundant butterflies, lizards and dragonflies or play cards/boardgames. If you bring your well behaved pup along, Fido will definitely enjoy the fenced in dog area in the back yard - complete with toys and lots of grass for him to roll around on! While outside, you may detect the faint smell of oranges in the air (we're close to Tropicana)! You will enjoy walking through Mineral Springs Park complete with a spring, boardwalk, fishing pier, big trees and observation tower. You can see manatees, dolphins, sting rays, sharks, pufferfish, crabs and much more! The fishing is awesome here and you have your own grill to bbq whatever you catch. If you'd rather dip your toes in the sand, head over to Anna Maria Islands beaches. It's a quick 15 minute drive from the villa. You will love the sugary sand, turquoise waters and breathtaking sunsets. Another option is to eat and shop on Bradentons Main Street, right off the riverwalk. Or check out Bridge Street on Anna Maria Island which also has many shops and old Florida charm. Plus it's close to many attractions such as the Manatee Village Historical Park, Bishop Museum, Lecom Park, IMG Academy, Village of the Arts, Mote Aquarium, various nature preserves and the most beautiful beaches in the US. After you enjoy your day doing whatever makes you smile, unwind by watching the gorgeous sunset over the river from your villa. Once the sun is down, the yard is illuminated by twinkling lights so you can continue to enjoy the outside space. This newly revonated 1st floor condo is near the beach, IMG, and a variety of activites, making it easy to plan your visit. Within the complex are 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis/ pickleball/basketball courts, shuffle board, and a BBQ area at the Clubhouse.
The kitchen and living room has an open floor plan. The furniture is comfortable and the place has a warm feeling to relax and feel at home in. The condo is a short walk to the Clubhouse and set back enough to quietly relax on the lanai.
The space
This Shorewalk Dream Condo is a 1st floor property that has an open and inviting floor plan. The entire condo is newly renovated with stylish features.
This is a NO SMOKING ALLOWED unit.
We are a short distance to the beaches and within walking distance to places where you can eat out and shop (Aldi, Publix, CVS). We are also very close to IMG Academy.
The Shorewalk Condo Association offers 2 Pools/2 Spas, Tennis/pickle and basket ball courts, shuffle board and bocce ball court, table tennis, BBQ's, club house with a pool table, large screen TV/lounge area, and an outside dining area. There are clubhouse staff (10am to 10PM daily) to handle your rental/reservations of recreational equipment. You need to bring your pool/recreation pass to use facilities! We provide 4 passes in our condo. They must all be accounted for when you leave or a $20.00 charge each will be taken if any are lost.

Our Lanai is enclosed to keep you comfortable on too hot or cold days. The enclosure has slider windows which allow for enjoyment of the pond, nature and beautiful weather.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a Extra FIRM mattress and Roku TV with basic Spectrum and access to key in your own account (HULU, Netflix, etc.). The master bedroom has an attached fully tiled bathroom.
2nd bedroom - TWIN BEDS with FIRM mattresses and Fire TV with access to key in your own account (HULU, Netflix, etc.) There is a second fully tiled bathroom across the hallway from the 2nd bedroom.
Our dine-in kitchen is comfortably stocked with whatever you might need to prepare a meal. We have a disposal, dishwasher, induction electric stove, microwave and refrigerator.
There is a new large capacity stackable Washer/Dryer.
We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels and a cooler.
This complex has monitored strict rules. Breaking these rules is cause for immediate removal from the premises.

The kitchen and living room has an open floor plan. The furniture is comfortable and the place has a warm feeling to relax and feel at home in. The condo is a short walk to the Clubhouse and set back enough to quietly relax on the lanai.
The space
This Shorewalk Dream Condo is a 1st floor property that has an open and inviting floor plan. The entire condo is newly renovated with stylish features.
This is a NO SMOKING ALLOWED unit.
We are a short distance to the beaches and within walking distance to places where you can eat out and shop (Aldi, Publix, CVS). We are also very close to IMG Academy.
The Shorewalk Condo Association offers 2 Pools/2 Spas, Tennis/pickle and basket ball courts, shuffle board and bocce ball court, table tennis, BBQ's, club house with a pool table, large screen TV/lounge area, and an outside dining area. There are clubhouse staff (10am to 10PM daily) to handle your rental/reservations of recreational equipment. You need to bring your pool/recreation pass to use facilities! We provide 4 passes in our condo. They must all be accounted for when you leave or a $20.00 charge each will be taken if any are lost.

Our Lanai is enclosed to keep you comfortable on too hot or cold days. The enclosure has slider windows which allow for enjoyment of the pond, nature and beautiful weather.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a Extra FIRM mattress and Roku TV with basic Spectrum and access to key in your own account (HULU, Netflix, etc.). The master bedroom has an attached fully tiled bathroom.
2nd bedroom - TWIN BEDS with FIRM mattresses and Fire TV with access to key in your own account (HULU, Netflix, etc.) There is a second fully tiled bathroom across the hallway from the 2nd bedroom.
Our dine-in kitchen is comfortably stocked with whatever you might need to prepare a meal. We have a disposal, dishwasher, induction electric stove, microwave and refrigerator.
There is a new large capacity stackable Washer/Dryer.
We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels and a cooler.
This complex has monitored strict rules. Breaking these rules is cause for immediate removal from the premises.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in beds, with additional kid-friendly bedding options available. Rest peacefully in the well-appointed bedrooms, featuring king and queen beds, as well as full over full bunks and two fold-out chair mattresses. For added convenience, a pack n' play, stroller, highchair, and kids dinnerware are provided. All linens and towels, including beach towels, are included.
The beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, opens up to the rest of the living space. Because let's face it, everyone always ends up in the kitchen! Enjoy ample place settings and kid-friendly dinnerware, along with pots and pans, cooking utensils, a toaster, blender, Instapot, air fryer, and coffee maker (complimentary coffee, filters, and creamer included!).
A gas grill with a propane tank is provided for delightful outdoor cooking experiences. Please note that the tank will not be refilled, so feel free to exchange it at a local gas station or Home Depot for approximately $20. Dine casually at the kitchen counter with 5 stools or gather around the dining room table that comfortably seats 6.
Poolside, relax on the outdoor sectional sofa or enjoy meals at the outdoor dining area, accommodating 6 guests. Pool settings are all scheduled for your convenience. When purchased, the pool heat is set to 85 degrees. However, please be aware that pool temperatures may be affected if air temperatures drop below 70 degrees, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
