The All Inclusive package is a great value for a short stay.
Service is good and the food is good with plenty to choose from the menu.
The beach is nice with very easy access and water sports available, such as kayak, paddle boarding and small sailboat.
There are scheduled boat trips for you to choose from for day trips and sunset cruise.

Sea Ya Round Villa boasts an exquisite, nearly 180 degree view of the Caribbean Sea. You have the entire 3rd floor, of this 3-story, round house. At about 400ft above sea level, you'll enjoy a panoramic scenic view, that includes St John, Buck Island, St Croix, and Puerto Rico. Now primarily powered by solar with battery back-up.The main, open living space includes a full size kitchen, dining, and TV sitting area, with 75” Smart TV, and luxurious sectional sleeper sofa, with queen size pull-out-bed. The ocean side, of the Villa is mostly windows allowing you to take full advantage of the Caribbean view. Retreat to the wrap-around balcony, on the seaside portion of the house to bask in the sun and enjoy the Caribbean breeze. Enjoy paradise, as you watch the breathtaking sunrise and sunset, as you sip your beverage of choice.Conveniently located, on the south side of St Thomas, Sea Ya Round Villa is located up the mountain above Bolongo Bay, in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Our quiet paradise is about halfway between Downtown (Charlotte-Amalie) and East End (Red Hook), which is 15 minutes drive in either direction, and only 10 mins to Havensight / Yacht Haven Grande. We highly recommend renting a vehicle, for your stay, as taxis can be expensive. The property manager, Shawn, lives downstairs, on the second floor, so he's readily available, if needed. Shawn has lived on island, for 15 years, and worked, as a bartender, scuba diver, island concierge, and boat mate, so he's also a wealth of knowledge, about the best destinations, activities, excursions, restaurants and night life, in the USVI & BVI.Providing a clean and safe place, for guests is our top priority. This tastefully remodeled condominium is a true home away from home. It contains all of the household necessities you will need and more. The oceanfront location allows you to fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the waves. One can take a picture of the sunrise without getting out of bed. It is truly a prime location on the island, since one can spend the entire vacation without leaving Bolongo Bay. Bolongo has three of the most popular restaurants on St.Thomas: Lobster Grill, Iggies, and Mims. Lobster Grill features live music and a romantic ambiance, Iggies has all you can eat days and karaoke nights, and Mims (a family owned and operated authentic caribbean seafood restaurant) serves by far the best lobster on the Island. Bolongo Bay also has its own Diving Club, which provides a full range of services, for example: diving instruction/excursions, snorkeling excursions, and equipment rentals. Additionally on the beach, you can find jet ski rentals and excursions. In addition there is are 2 tennis court, 3 pools, a beach volleyball court, and a small cave for exploring at the Eastern tip of the bay.There is also a small family operated hotel carrying the name of the Bay, Bolongo Bay and Beach Resort. It is known for hosintg lavish weddings on the beach and planning catamaran trips (boat named: Heavenly Days; docked on Bolongo Bay).However if you are interested in exploring the rest of the island, you are very close to most points of interest. Condominium accommodates 4 persons perfectly (and up to 6 persons total) within a spacious 1100 sq feet, well-designed layout with two air-conditioned bedrooms set apart from each other to promote privacy, two bathrooms, and an air-conditioned kitchen/living area with a pull-out sofa option (small fee for the extra person(s)). The furnished 30’ ocean-facing patio is accessed directly via glass sliding doors that showcase breathtaking oceanfront views into the condo’s living/kitchen/dining room and from the master bedroom suite.
In detail, the large oceanfront Master Bedroom suite is well appointed with a new King-size bed and matching furnishings, smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and en-suite Master Bathroom with tiled glass enclosed shower and brand new custom vanity and quartz countertop. The 2nd Guest Bedroom can be configured as two (2) single beds or together as a king-size bed to your preference (please advise at time of booking). The 2nd Bathroom is accessible by the Guest Bedroom or the Living Room and has a tub/shower combination and a separated vanity area to promote multiple people getting ready at the same time. The stackable Washer / Dryer is conveniently located within the condo on its central hallway for easy access by all.

A dining area adjoins the living room with a large dining table and 6 chairs, in addition to patio/balcony seating for exterior oceanfront dining. IGGIES OASIS is just a short seaside stroll to Bolongo Bay Beach Resort’s swim-up pool bar for food all throughout the day to enjoy oceanfront breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and dinner and cool tropical beverages, with some nights having live entertainment.
Also onsite are St Thomas Diving Club (dive shop/boat for diving tours), and Heavenly Days catamaran day or sunset sails.

Charlotte Amalie and Havensight/Yacht Haven are a short 10 minutes drive west to the duty-free shopping capitol of the Caribbean, while Red Hook is only 8 minutes drive east, where you can take a person or car ferry to St. John, USVI via a short 15 minutes scenic Ferry ride.
Being long-time residents here on island, we provide helpful suggestions for USVI activities and dining for planning the best vacation possible. A Rental Car is suggested for most convenience and affordability (especially for families), but taxis or limos can be coordinated in advance; noting there is no Uber of Lyft in the islands.
Nearby within 5-20 minutes short drive are several grocery stores (Food Center, The Market, Cost-u-less, Moe's Markets, Kmart), pharmacies (Walgreens, Medicine Shoppe), Roy Schneider Hospital, and many beaches and attractions. BEACHES: To the North of the condo are Hull Bay and world famous Magen's Bay beaches. To the East of the condo are Secret Harbor, Lindqvist Beach, Sapphire and Coki Beaches (Coki beach being home to Coral World to swim with dolphins or sea lions). To the West of the condo on the South sunny shoreline are Limetree, Morningstar (Westin hotel) and Brewers Bay Beaches. EXCURSIONS: St Thomas has a myriad of activities and is a boating and fishing mecca with day boating trips to either swim/snorkel with Turtles or to eat pizza or tacos while floating in the beautiful ocean, and to powerboat or sail to nearby islands (St. John, Jost Van Dyke BVI for Soggy Dollar and Foxy’s popular beach bars, or The Baths in Virgin Gorda BVI), as well as deep-sea fishing charters.

By staying at this condo in villa 17, there's no walking through the hot parking lot or many steps, as with a lot of the other units or other properties. If you have an infant, and bring your baby monitor, it may very well reach to the pool.

The 2nd Guest Bedroom can be configured as two (2) single beds or together as a king-size bed to your preference (please advise at time of booking). Charlotte Amalie and Havensight/Yacht Haven are a short 10 minutes drive west to the duty-free shopping capitol of the Caribbean, while Red Hook is only 8 minutes drive east, where you can take a person or car ferry to St. John, USVI via a short 15 minutes scenic Ferry ride.
Being long-time residents here on island, we provide helpful suggestions for USVI activities and dining for planning the best vacation possible. A Rental Car is suggested for most convenience and affordability (especially for families), but taxis or limos can be coordinated in advance; noting there is no Uber of Lyft in the islands.
Nearby within 5-20 minutes short drive are several grocery stores (Food Center, The Market, Cost-u-less, Moe's Markets, Kmart), pharmacies (Walgreens, Medicine Shoppe), Roy Schneider Hospital, and many beaches and attractions.
