Set in 70 acres of grounds, this detached barn conversion is set on a quiet farm, with lots of wildlife. Walking around the grounds, there are uninterrupted views of the outstanding countryside and wildlife at every turn, it is a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The property has been decorated and furnished to a good standard and is situated within the Exmoor National Park. Set in the owner’s grounds, it has a private garden area with fantastic views. Sometimes you are able to see red deer, foxes, badgers and an abundance of resident and migrant birds are often seen. It is only a short drive from the towns of Dulverton and Tiverton. Bampton is just 5 miles and offers the ’Bampton Town Trail’ which is a walk that takes you around the town, and introduces you to historic sites and buildings. Lynton & Lynmouth are two adjacent villages with Lynton being a Victorian resort, 600ft above Lynmouth and being linked by a water powered cliff railway. Lynmouth lies at an estuary where the East and West Lyn meet.
