We cannot offer refunds due to harsh weather conditions that make it difficult or impossible to get to the home as this is beyond our control.There are about 15 stairs leading up to the front door. There is a ramp that mitigates most of the stairs, but you will still have to climb about 5-6 steps to enter the property.Pets are welcome for an additional $125 fee per booking.
