You will be surprised how the Tiny House lives much larger than it's size.The Tiny House resides on 3.2 acres of wooded forest at the base of Mount Ellen/Sugarbush. You can ski-in from Lower FIS or Snowflake and the slopes are short walk (approximately 1/2 mile) to the base parking lot/shuttle. The Tiny House backs up to Lockwood Brook and 20+ acres of Sugarbush owned land.The Tiny House features an American Leather Queen Size Comfort Sleeper Sofa which is considered the most comfortable sleeper sofa on the market. It is a technological marvel, easy to use, and its foam mattress guarantees a great night sleep.The surprisingly well equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, one induction burner, convection oven, Keurig K-cup coffee maker and dishwasher. A full assortment of cooking utensils are provided. You will be surprised how much space you have to prepare a meal if you desire! There is also an outdoor propane BBQ and Fire Pit for grilling and smoring!The Tiny House has a 12' Cathedral Ceiling. Heating and Cooling is provided by a Mitsubishi Heat Pump/Split Unit.
