The property has an actively recording outdoor security cameras. We do not allow any parties to be held at the property at any time of day, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, or any large group gathering..*CHILDRENS*While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with young children use the home at their own risk.*NO SMOKING INSIDE*Please refrain from smoking, Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.*NO PETS*We loved pets but are not allowed in the property.
