This is a cozy rustic guest cottage with a view of the marsh and fall colors (and sunsets). Our main house is on the property, but privacy is assured.It has a loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an adjacent full bath (shower, no tub). To reach the loft is a steep staircase (not a ladder). Downstairs, the living-dining area has a dining table and a sitting area with a comfy daybed for reading and napping. The generous screened porch has lovely views of the tidal salt marsh, forest, and sunsets. Nature’s chorus forms the soundtrack—we have an array of non-human neighbors.The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, range, coffee maker, and microwave. It also has glassware, dishes, silverware, basic pots, pans, and cooking implements. No dishwasher.There is Broadband Wifi, AC window units upstairs & down (seasonal availability, summer only), and electric heat.We are not far off the main road (Route 127), and you can hear occasional traffic if the windows are open, but it’s rare to hear cars or trucks at night.
