Our home is a piling beach house with our main living upstairs. The enclosed bottom is a studio apartment/suite for you to enjoy. We are on the peaceful Davis Canal with a dock where you can spend time drinking coffee or cocktails, reading, fishing, kayaking, boating and enjoying sunrises/sunsets. Enjoy the beautiful, shared in ground pool and hot tub area. We are a quick, easy walk or bike ride to the beach. The space:It is a private studio apartment with a private entrance, a queen bed, private bathroom with tile shower and towel warmer, and a blue tooth fan for enjoying music. The living area has a comfortable, reclining couch. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, fridge, coffee pot with pods and coffee. Dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are provided. Enjoy the shared pool area with hot tub and the shared dock area. The grill is available for you to use.
