We are just a few miles south of Wolcott, IN The home features an open concept fully stocked kitchen, dining and living room. The large open space with vaulted ceilings leads out to a large deck with built in seating that's perfect for relaxing and enjoying the country atmosphere. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and an attached three quarter bath. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom features a queen size bed as well as a vanity and mirror for getting ready. A Jack and Jill bathroom leads into the third bedroom that has a full size bed. The basement offers a ping pong table and pop a shot basketball for some extra fun. There are also a few outdoor toys provided for you to enjoy during your stay. The house sits on a four acre yard that shares a driveway with the adjacent working cattle farm. You will see the cows from time to time from the house. We will need access to the driveway to feed the cattle daily.
