Our property is a large 1800 square foot family-friendly ski-in two-level house in Burfield, with a big hot tub and parking for two vehicles. Fully equipped with everything you and your family will need to enjoy you vacation getaway in beautiful Sun Peaks. The free resort shuttle stops right outside the front door and will whisk you to the Village Day Lodge in five short minutes!We are pet friendly! To bring your furry friend you will have to message us as we will require a deposit and a pet fee. Our place is nicely furnished with an open kitchen and living room, ensuite laundry, 3 big bedrooms and lots of room for everyone to spread out. Settlers Crossing 20 is a one story, ground floor condo that has many large windows for a light-filled open feeling yet the custom wood blinds maintain your privacy. With the addition of the Orient lift, the East village now has some of the best ski in/out options in all of Sun Peaks, from our door you are moments away from strapping on your skis.Main room includes an open, well equipped kitchen, a living room with a lovely couch, leather recliners & 50" Flat screen TV. The dining room area that includes dining table with seating for 6 and 3 bar stools at the counter. This ground floor unit is a true ski in/ski out location with your own locking ski storage area. After a day on the mountain, relax in our hot tub on our private deck or in the living room in front of the 50" flat screen TV with the warmth of the stone fireplace. The master bedroom includes a queen bed with a large closet and two night stands with wall mounted TV. Second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed with a TV and Play station 3.
