「Such an amazing hotel smells great the staff is really kind the beds are comfort」

「Ça serait bien de mettre un panneau indiquant l’entrée de l’hôtel, car les chauffeurs mettent un temps fou  à trouver l’entrée piétonne de l’hôtel. Pour avoir été dans les 200 premiers clients de l’hôtel, je suis vraiment triste de voir comment les devenu, l’ascenseur, les traces de cheveux sur les murs, c’est juste incroyable les traces de demain également c’est dommage」

「This hotel is very nice and clean. Staff was superb, very cordial and helpful. It is walking distance to Legoland (10 min normal pace), so that was a big plus. Free parking on premises and many eating options around. Cons: the pool is not heated, so it was extremely cold for Spring. Even though they state the suites as ”full kitchen”, there is no stove and therefore you cannot cook. However, the front desk staff offered a portable electric burner. Breakfast is limited and could be better. Overall, this is a great place for families if going to Legoland, or for business in central Winter Haven」

「We enjoyed the place and we had lot of fun. It’s nice place to experience the nature and glamping experience. But the stuff are not very helpful and they take long time when we asked for something to be fixed in our tent. For exemple our bbq was not working we called them two times and they only came after one hour. The next day I raised this to one of the staff and she told me that she can’t control the time of the people to come help us! It’s not a cheap place to stay the service should not be this way!」

「息子を訪問するために夜に来たばかりです。滞在するのに素晴らしい場所。これを見ると、これは私がどこでも予約したい最初の場所になります。きれい。部屋はとてもかなり。そこにはたくさんのことが起こっていたので、騒音を期待しました。しかし、夜はよく眠りました。タオルなどのエキストラに多くの注意を払いました。降りて、私の妻のために夜に別の毛布を頼んだので、彼女はコルスではなかった。バッグに封印された1つをくれました。唯一の不満は、氷の機械が3階にあり、1階にあったことです。ここは、内容的な朝食がこんなに本当に1つしかないとは意味がありませんでした。 」
