アーミッシュホテルのフロントデスクは、とても温かく親切です。館内はエレガントで快適、そして衛生面も抜群です。内装は個性的で、価格以上の価値を感じます。

I always wonder why a hotel thinks that close to elevator and directly under the AC unit is considered as „quiet room“ as requested?! Other than that it’s a typical suites hotel with basic breakfast, fitness room and laundry. Did not use the pool. Perfectly located in walking distance to the UTC mall.

To say we loved our vacation here is an understatement. The hotel lobby representatives were so friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. I had to call before arriving and I’ve never received such a warm welcome. I’m sorry I can’t remember their names because they know how to treat customers well! We loved our room—clean & the perfect size. AC worked well, bed was comfy, and clean. The pictures are from when we were departing. I wish I had taken before pictures. The walk to beach is very short and convenient. The restaurants nearby were excellent! The beach is so unbelievably pretty. The new pool (they have 2) was so gorgeous and was created by a famous pool architect/designer. The young man attending to the pool was friendly and helpful. We will be back because I have found my dream vacation place!

The resort was beautiful. We loved the fact that we could walk to the beach, was perfect. Updated suite. Will definitely be returning to Captiva beach resort. The only thing we didn't love was the slither of beach that was available to us.

The hotel is good. The staff is very friendly. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is good. Room service is poor. Don’t clean your room every day. We was 2 days there and I call because we need change the towels. They explained to me that I had to take the used ones to the front desk I did it. But there were four of us and they only gave us two towels. We were there two days ago. So they gave me two pool towels.that's unacceptable. The jacuzzi water it’s just warm. Cuban people was there listening music inaceptable for us because we had kids

ホテルは全体的に良く、設備が完備されており、製氷機もありますが機能していません。朝食は典型的なアメリカ風のシンプルなものでした。
