このホテルでの滞在は本当に素晴らしかったです！到着した瞬間からスタッフの方々は温かく親切に対応してくださり、チェックインもスムーズでした。特に印象的だったのは無料の朝食です。美味しくて新鮮で、種類も豊富で、一日を気持ちよくスタートできました。部屋は清潔で快適、手入れも行き届いており、ホテル全体の雰囲気も温かくリラックスできるものでした。本当に滞在を満喫し、またぜひ利用したいと思います！

サービスは素晴らしく、3階の部屋がとても気に入りました。春だったのでエアコンがなくても心配ありませんでした。各部屋に扇風機が用意されていて、親切に使わせてくれました。部屋にはコーヒーと紅茶も用意されています。シャワーの取っ手だけが交換されていれば完璧だったのですが、それ以外は部屋のほとんど全てが気に入りました。完璧です！また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございます！

We had a truly wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the atmosphere was welcoming, comfortable, and relaxed. Our room was perfect and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. A special mention has to go to Ipek C, who made such a positive difference to our stay. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm really stood out. She was always smiling, incredibly helpful, and very informative. Her kindness and positivity is rare and made our stay feel special. It’s clear that the staff here care about their guests, and Ipek C is a real credit to the hotel. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would be delighted to return in the future.

It was just okay, but one of the housekeeping staff, the elderly man was so rude , for the price the rooms could be better, but good location, lovely pub downstairs and the waitress that attended to was lovely, didn’t catch her name but short, petite, blonde and cute.

The place is located close to a very big supermarket, and 10mins walk to tube station. Tea and coffee is supplied in the room, the owner is a very kind person nothing is no trouble for her very lovely lady. Would recommend everything is clean and tidy.

最低限の設備を求めるなら問題ありませんが、清潔さはもう少し改善の余地があります。枕にはシミがあり、部屋の匂いも少し不快でした。他にも清潔さに関していくつか問題がありました。

デポジットの払い戻しを除いて、ほとんど満足しています。 今、私は預金を待っています、それは預金の5日目です。

Great hotel, extremely friendly staff! good location! Near the Elizabeth line and not to far from gants hill on the central line underground station with direct links into central london! Next to a beautiful park 😍 NOT to far from Westfield stratford! Extremely clean and friendly cleaners 👏
