Staff was slacking not attentive upon check in. Almost given a wrong room type, until I double check and notify. Room was good, location was good too. The thing I love about this hotel, tranquil and serene with many greens, plants and look more like a resort style. There is a mini fridge but cannot be used as the wire cord was cut. No hangers provided upon check in. Check out was fast

Good location and good service overall. Breakfast food taste good also. However, the check in time was too strict and wifi is very slow

立地が良く、空港内にあるのでとても便利です。歩いて3分もかからず、早朝便や深夜便に最適です。部屋は広くありませんが、設備は充実しており、少し高級なビジネスホテルのようです。値段は安くありませんが、その分アメニティの質は良いです。

スタッフは素晴らしく、フレンドリーで親切でした。ロケーションは良く、多くの飲食店が近く、デパートもすぐそばでした。無料駐車場も便利でした 部屋は広々としていましたが、塗装の補修が必要で、リネンも交換が必要です。 部屋で提供される朝食セットは最高で美味しかったです。チェックアウトも迅速でした。全体的に満足です

New apartment, new interior, new things inside, the facilities were completed (nice furniture and decoration), full of kitchen utilities (stove, refigerator, plates, knifes, spoon fork, etc), easy access, near to IKEA, JPO and mall Alam Sutera, lot of parking area (minus: paid parking one day max on 50k rupiah). Thanks to ms. Arie who always assist us when we stayed here). Keep the unit clean and neat, surely will come back soon..

Lobby was nice but the room itself definitely has seen better days. The wastafel faucet almost off, it keep wriggling whenever you use it and there's something like black mold on the lining of it. The toilet paper holder completely broken. I was being careful making coffee because the table that hang by the wall was askew, if nothing done to it pretty sure it'll fall off soon. Also there's no chair available so I had to drink by the bed. The staffs were nice though. It was short visit so it's okay-ish for airport hotel but it'll be nice to see some improvement

マシャアッラー、このホテルのサービスは本当に良いです。スタッフ全員が本当にとてもフレンドリーです。私たちにとってはとても簡単です。部屋は物語を語ることができます。昨日、空港近くのファミリールームを探していたところ、このデイズホテルがあることが分かりました。部屋は清潔で快適、アメニティも充実しています。無料のシャトルバスを提供しており、ドライバーはとてもフレンドリーです。このホテルには 5 つ星です。昨日は移動中だったので、朝、急いでチェックアウトしなければならなかったので、写真を撮る時間がありませんでした。

便利で手頃。部屋の清潔さは悪くないですが、洗面所はかなり汚いです。改善して、お客様がチェックインする前に洗面所をもっと良い匂いで洗ってもらえると嬉しいです。ありがとうございます。 Ya Waduud 💚

清潔さはまあまあですが、他のホテルと同様に標準的です 場所は空港や食事をする場所に近くてアクセスしやすいです 部屋設備にマット用のタオルがない、スリッパがない、フロントに入るとエアコンが無いかのように暑い、チェックインに1時間待ちと時間がかかる、エレベーターが隣にエラー停止している、エレベーターも上り下りに時間がかかる、エレベーター内が暑い、非常階段が整備されておらず埃っぽくて汚い、ルームキーがエラーで階段を上り下りするまで開かなかった2回エレベーターに乗り、1回エレベーターに乗りました。技術者のおかげで、ついに入る前に手動キーを渡されました。 スイミングプールは子供に適しています とてもおいしい食べ物はスパゲッティとバナナケーキだけで、他は味気ない
