Parking is available under our carport, which leads to the front door, where you will enter through our smart locked front door-- this allows easy access at any time.Upon entering our home you'll be greeted by a cozy living room with leather sofas, tons of throws, and a TV with Youtube TV, where you can stream and watch shows, or login to your own apps.Continuing from the living room is a large eat-in kitchen. The kitchen has just been fully updated with beautiful custom cabinetry, tile backsplash, and granite countertops. We have provided all you will need to whip up an amazing meal.The dining table currently seats 6, with additional seating for 4 on the back deck.The backyard is fully fenced, flat, and perfect for pets and children alike. Down the hallway, you will find 3 bedrooms.The master is in the back left of the home, featuring a beautiful Queen sleigh bed, dresser, and small TV. The master bathroom contains a single vanity and standard tub/shower combo.Across the hall is the second Queen room, featuring a chest, full closet, and Queen bed. The final bedroom contains a desk, perfect for those who need to work from home, a futon, which can be made into a full bed (linens in the closet) and a twin bed.We love the many options this room provides for our guests!The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a hall bath, which features a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels are all provided for you. Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee, which is charged during or after booking.We can't wait to welcome you into our home and our City! There are plenty of streets to walk or to take a run and many families in this neighborhood.A car is still recommended for most of Greenville as our public transportation isn't quite up to snuff. Uber's tend to be available for a night on the town, and are fairly affordable.Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container). Once inside you will find:-Entryway-As soon as you enter our front door, you will see what one might causally think is a sideboard with flowers and guest book BUT what might suprise you, is that this sideboard easily folds out into a fully functional dining table that can seat 6! You will see a closet door in the entry way that houses all 6 chairs that you are more than welcome to use around the table.-Living Room-Right off of the entry way you will find our living room, perfect for chatting with those you love. It includes a leather sofa that reclines automatically to your perfect position, a matching loveseat, an area rug, 2 side tables, a coffee table, and a Smart TV (no cable, guests login to their own streaming services). -Kitchen-When you first arrive in the kitchen area, you are welcomed by a bar with three bar stools that can be used for extra seating in the neighboring living space. As you walk around you’ll find a section of the counter top fully equipped with a coffee station. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, spices, oil, salt, pepper, and much more to make cooking a breeze.You will also find a stacked washer and dryer right off of the kitchen area for all of your laundry needs. Stored in this area as well is a dog bed, towels for your dog, and treats.-Double Twin Room-Coming off of the hallway, you will find a room with two twin beds. This room has one nightstand and a bedside lamp for extra light. Feel free to utilize the closet for clothing storage.-Hall/Shared Bathroom-The Master bedroom and double twin room share a hallway bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination, single vanity, and toilet. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided!-Master Bedroom-If you continue down the hallway, you will find the entrance to the master bedroom. This bedroom has a large closet with ample room to hang clothes or store luggage. You will find a king-size bed, two nightstands with reading lamps and a smart TV.-Outdoor Space-The front porch houses two seats and a love seat that is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.The back of the house has a perfectly sized yard to run around with the kids or your furry friend.
