Amazing stay at this BnB for 2 nights. The host helped to arrange for pick up service before we arrived and also sent us to the railway station when we left. They were also really friendly and hospitable throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was simple and homely but good. Some insects were in our room which came in through open window and the host helped to resolve the issue really quickly! Highly recommend :)

私たちは最近、古城の南門のすぐ外にあるホテルに泊まりましたが、そのロケーションは最高でした。大理は混雑しやすいので、歩くのがベストな選択です。このホテルのロケーションのおかげで、徒歩で周辺を散策するのは驚くほど簡単でした。 ここのスタッフは、私が出会った中で最高です。到着前にたくさんの荷物をホテルに届けてもらいましたが、ホテルはそれをすべてスムーズに処理してくれただけでなく、私に代わって追加の荷物を届けてくれました。ホテルは満室でしたが、私たちのリクエストに迅速に対応し、いつも笑顔で応じてくれました。期待以上のサービスを提供してくれるスタッフの姿勢は本当に印象的でした。 スタッフは近くの食事やアクティビティのおすすめも教えてくれて、滞在がさらに楽しくなりました。朝食は素晴らしく、苍山の景色は素晴らしかったです。素晴らしい滞在でした。また必ず戻ってきます！

beautiful lodging with amazing view of Erhai and the mountains. Morning view is unreal. butler Xiao Du 小杜 was very attentive and helpful, always responsive when approached. Other hotel staff were also very sweet and attentive, preparing breakfast for us to takeaway as we have to check out early to get the train. Only thing to note is the no. Of insects from the sea that will be attracted to the light in the room. Nothing the hotel can do as its nature, but Xiao Du will remind you to keep the doors closed at night so that the flies don’t come in.

懷着期待而來，結果不但期待沒有落空，簡直就是驚喜！！ 酒店超級美，不管是公共區域還是房間，因為來的是淡季，酒店管家還貼心的為我們升級了房間，坐在房間的露台上，感覺整片蒼山和洱海都被自己擁有了。温馨的服務，不但提供下午茶，晚安甜糖還有伴手禮，所有的需求管家都會馬上響應，不是那種讓人感覺誇張的過分熱情，而是那種恰到好處的處處關心，感謝聽花島，讓我們在海東找到了最理想的酒店，可以整天泡在酒店房間，不用出去，就可以欣賞到絕美的蒼山與洱海！提醒大家一句，整個洱海衹有雙廊才有臨水的房子，臨水的房子蚊蟲到了晚上比較多，大家不要介意，因為那個海蚊子根本就不咬人，壓根沒有針管~

Absolutely fantastic hidden gem of a hotel. I’m sure all the other reviews have mentioned the great location, cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. However what really stood out was the level of customer service - as a solo traveller who stays in hotels half the year, this was truly the most outstanding. No other hotel has made me feel like “part of the family”. While strong at first, my tip is to just embrace it and enjoy Da Li!

LOVE OUR STAY HERE! The staffs were helpful and we were gifted to many gifts. Door gifts for the kids which was really thoughtful and also parting gifts. We wished our stay was longer. My kids love the room so much especially the small outdoort bath, they called pool. Eveb after check out, they still asked if we have reached destonation safely. In Lijiang now and still thinking about the hotel. Thank you for such a memorable stay in Dali. Hope to stay there again!

Highly recommended. Definitely will come again! We booked 3 rooms over here for 1 night. Shop owner is really very helpful, suggested us tourist spots (which is really a steal, and amazing) and even helped us arrange and book for it. (Because we didn’t do much research before coming) And allowed my bro for late check out as he had food poisoning and had to rest in room. He even went all the way to accompany us to wait for car (he booked car for us as well) when we were late for our train. 大力推荐！在这里租了三间房间。 老板人实在太好太友善了。也非常尽责，为我们安排了拉市海一日游（因为我们没做功课，没能去到玉龙雪山）。（老板推荐的也是非常可靠的，绝不坑人） 还陪我们等待车，确保我们安全。 我哥因为泻肚子，只好在房休息，老板还很宽容让他延迟出房。 下次肯定还会再入住这里。
