The hotel itself was very clean and lovely. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only problem we had was that the pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and the 1st night, was difficult to sleep, but the receptionist managed to get us some softer ones, which were a little bit better.

隠された宝石!ロビーに足を踏み入れた瞬間から、歓迎されたと感じました。ホテルは素晴らしい雰囲気があり、インテリアデザインは美しいです。私の部屋はきれいで、必要なすべての設備が整っていました。 私は特に、チームの細部への注意とパーソナライズされたサービスに感銘を受けました。朝食は素晴らしく、新鮮な選択肢がたくさんありました。私の滞在をとても思い出深いものにしてくれてありがとう!

お金の価値。 快適なベッド。短期滞在に文句なし。近くにたくさんのレストランがあります。

Really loved this hotel from the moment we got there. Clean and great vibe !   lovely venue, room and super comfy bed and pillows.  Excellent facilities and swimming pool. Great bar and restaurant area. Only thing was little slow to clear the table and to remind the bar staff both nights about bringing the kids menu ice cream.  Apart from that, it was fabulous, and definitely will come back 😀

Premier Inn Warrington is a very good option for a short transit stay, especially if you are travelling towards Glasgow. The location is convenient and easily accessible from the main routes, making it an ideal stopover before continuing a long journey. Das Hotel ist sauber. Beim Duschen muss man eine Weile das Wasser laufen lassen. Mit der Heizung klappt das auch kein Problem. Es ist in der Nähe vom Manchester Airport. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich.

Stayed on 20 June 2025 I chose this place because I was looking for somewhere different to the typical hotels and BnBs during my Europe trip. I was more mobile with a rented car. The photos in the booking website did not do it justice as it gave a “******* castle” vibe but in reality is lovely and bright. In addition, the relatively low price and limited time to book. I am puzzled that it's ratings did not exceed 4 stars as it exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, kind, and prompt. Breakfast was excellent, with the amazing view from the room, overlooking a meadow with grazing sheep. An added bonus: it’s located along the Grindstone Path, making it a perfect and convenient spot for hiking enthusiasts.

Great place just 20 mins walk to centre doors and walls are thin and some people don’t have inside voices but other than that. Grand 👍

The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The local is not too far from city centre. We walked to the city centre less than5mins, walk to city wall from the hotel about 15mins but if you walk faster it takes 7-8mins. The breakfast is great.
