We’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this. We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room. This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing. Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom. On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience. Other downsides: * terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle; * extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests; * in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities. Positive points: * very good location; * the room itself was clean; * coffee was available in the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

立地は比較的便利で、ヴェネツィア・サンタ・ルチア駅からACTVに乗り換えて3駅。橋をたくさん渡る必要がなく、移動は楽でした。ただし、本島へ行くには再度ACTVに乗る必要があります。ホテルは全部で2階建てで、私は1階（日本でいう2階）に宿泊しました。エレベーターの横にはウォーターサーバーがありましたが、部屋にミネラルウォーターや電子レンジはありませんでした。今回は朝食付きのプランでしたが、3日間ずっと同じメニューで、台湾料理が恋しくなりました。エアコンは集中管理システムで、暑いとフロントに伝えたら改善してくれました。あと、防音が今ひとつなので、静けさを重視する方は慎重に選んだ方が良いかもしれません。最後に、部屋は広くありませんでしたが、ベッド、枕、掛け布団はとても快適でした。

We arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor. I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases. The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would. The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed. The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it. The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it. The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket. The safe was not working. The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them. The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working. You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool. The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off. The bathroom bin was broken and filthy The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am. I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy. We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour. Kindest regards

ホテルには温かい思い出だけが残りました！ぜひオススメさせていただきますので、機会があればまた利用させていただきます！とてもフレンドリーで、家族的な雰囲気。子供の頃以来会っていなかった遠い親戚を訪ねてきたような気分になります。部屋はアンティークのように様式化されており、古いホテルにありがちなベタベタした汚れはありません。ベッドリネンは嬉しいですね！非常に密度が高く、予算はまったくありません。すべてが完璧にきれいです！部屋の窓からはヴェネツィアの屋根とサンマルコのドームの一部の素晴らしい景色が見えます。 1階には居心地の良いクリスマスツリーがあり、クリスマスムードを維持しています。丁寧な親切なスタッフ！レストランは特別な愛です！残念ながら、娘は夕食を食べたくなかったので、私は夜の食べ物に感謝しませんでしたが、キッチンからの匂いはめちゃくちゃでした。キッチンでは活気が溢れており、需要の高い場所でのみ起こることですが、ウェイターは走り回ってサービスを提供していました。朝食は素晴らしかったです！ビュッフェはありません。優しい女性が丁寧に大運河を見渡す居心地の良いテーブルを用意してくれました。素晴らしい体験です！ホテルのオーナーと親切なスタッフに感謝します！

フライトは MXP からの午前中だったので、ホテルを午前 4 時に出発しました。フロントデスクでフェリー乗り場と時刻表を少なくとも 5 回尋ねたところ、ロレンゾさんは非常に正確な回答をし、時刻表を印刷し、地図上で駅を示してくれました。しかし、彼の教えてくれた駅は間違っていた (私は 10 分前に到着しました) ので、4:21 のフェリーに乗り遅れました…。駅の近くにはまったく人がいなかったので、荷物を持って必死にホテルに戻りました。フロントデスクには年配の男性がいて、ロレンゾさんが教えてくれた駅の次の駅で、つまり橋が 1 つあると言いました。それでも、4 時にホテルを出発する前にこの年配の男性に尋ねたところ、彼は非常に確信していました。2 回目に疑うと、彼は「お嬢さん、好きなところに行っていいよ」と言いました。まるで彼らには関係ないかのように、共感はありませんでした。 2回目は正しい駅に急いで行き、4時55分のフェリーに乗りましたが、ミラノ行きの電車に乗り遅れてしまいました！イタロのチケットをもう一度買うのは問題ありませんでした。でも、命に関わることですから！フロントデスクがもっとプロフェッショナルで、提案をする際にはきちんと確認してくれることを願っています。イタロの高速列車がなかったら、間違いなく飛行機に乗り遅れていたでしょう。しかも、ミラノ中央駅に着いてすぐにタクシーに乗って間に合いました！ 部屋は狭く、大きな荷物は開けられませんでしたが、清潔でした。清掃員の方にはたっぷりチップをあげました！水とスリッパが用意されているのも良かったです。部屋からの眺めは本物です。 サンマルコ広場周辺にいる場合や、トイレにいつも行かなければならない場合は、このホテルは便利です。 サンタ・ルチア駅（Ferrovia）まで夜行フェリーで行く場合は、サンマルコから右側の終点駅であるフェロヴィア（Ferrovia）で、また橋を渡らなければならないことを覚えておいてください。

La ubicación es ideal, se llega rápido caminando desde el bus del aeropuerto y a todos lados caminando. Hay bares alrededor y es una zona tranquila. Lo que podría mejorar son las instrucciones del check-in, ya que les contacté con bastante anticipación por la app para hacer el check-in y aún así tuve problemas al llegar. Lo bueno es que responden y solucionan rápido, debo destacar eso. La vista desde nuestra habitación era preciosa, daba a un pequeño patio. Recomiendo sin dudas
