立地は悪くないですが、空港からは一番近いわけではありません。空港2階の手荷物受取所の赤い看板の所でホテルのシャトルバスを待つことができます。30分に1本運行していますが、必ず注意してください：バスを見たら手を振らないと止まりません！バスの運転手さんのサービス態度はとても良いです！何人かの運転手さんがみんな親切でした！👍ホテルの設備は普通で、フロントのサービスも普通です。客室係の方はとてもフレンドリーでした。シャワーと洗面所の水圧はどちらも弱めでした。カリフォルニア州の節水規制のせいでしょうか。周りのホテルの中では価格は安い方ですが、規定のチェックイン時間より早くチェックインすると追加料金がかかるので、事前にホテルに確認することをお勧めします。

Well hotel is “Oldtimer” and definitely below average ranking visible here in trip.com web. Check in was quick, short walk/drive to designated building. Corridors in the building looks and smells like 1970’s, so initial shock but room was bit better. Old style but ok to sleep one night. Breakfast - same low quality food as any American hotel chain with this price range. Overall I would not come again.

空港に近いので、このホテルに宿泊するのは今回で3回目です。清潔さ、整理整頓、サービス全てにおいて素晴らしいです。セルフサービスのカフェテリアも非常に良いと思います。あらゆる好みに対応できる品揃えです。

ホテルの立地は主要な観光スポットからそれほど遠くなく、バスで1時間以内で行けます。コストパフォーマンスも高く、周辺には飲食店もたくさんあります。次回もここに予約すると思います。

最悪の体験でした。ゴキブリがいて本当に気持ち悪かったです。電子レンジもありませんでした。空港には近いし、無料のシャトルバスもあります。ホテルの目の前にはマクドナルドとガソリンスタンドがあります。部屋は広めですが、清潔さは普通でした。スタッフはとても親切で、ティッシュが必要でフロントに電話したらすぐに部屋に持ってきてくれました。毎日部屋の掃除はしてくれます。駐車料金は1日44ドルと、とても高かったです。

まずまずでした。立地はとても良かったです。空港からの無料送迎バスがあり、10分ほどの待ち時間で乗車できました。清潔感もまずまずでした。フロントの方がツインルームを用意してくれましたが、部屋はあまり広くありませんでした。

全体的には大丈夫です、それは比較的大きなモーテルリゾートです。唯一のスロットは、建物の薄い板ですが、ドアを通り過ぎる人は誰でも地球全体が震えています。掃除車は雷を押してゴロゴロ鳴りました。防音は良くなく、ドアの外で何が聞こえますか?後で考える場合は、ドアを邪魔しないでください。そうしないと、清掃は朝8時30分にドアを狂ったように叩き、30分に一度撃ちます。しかし、衛生、安全、設備、サービスはまだ良いです。

ice machine working well and there is a restaurant with nice food directly next to the hotel.
only downside is the plane noise at late night, but it did not affect my sleep during midnight so it was fine.

ホテルはLRT駅から徒歩1分とアクセス抜群ですが、騒音は気になりませんでした。部屋はアメリカのホテルによくあるタイプで、特に問題はありませんでした。ただ一つ不満だったのはエアコンです。かなり旧式で床置きタイプのもので、稼働させるとまるで送風機のように大きな音が響き渡り、さすがにずっとつけていられませんでした。とはいえ、アメリカのホテルではよく見かけるタイプではあります。もし交換してもらえたら完璧だったでしょうね。

ゲゲストMy wife and I visited Catalina Island for our 28th anniversary — our first time back since before we were married in 1997. We chose the Catalina Canyon Inn specifically for the pool, jacuzzi, on-site restaurant, and shuttle service. Their website is very nice and seemed like a perfect match for the occasion. Unfortunately, very little matched what was advertised.
Shuttle: The shuttle was not waiting at the Catalina Express port when we arrived on the last ferry Saturday evening which was unexpected. Four of us were left waiting in the dark for about 20 minutes until the other couple called the hotel. The driver was friendly and apologized, but this set the tone for the weekend. The shuttle was consistently unreliable throughout our stay. They tell you to call the driver directly, but he often didn't answer. You'd end up having to call the hotel instead, and the shuttle only seemed to come after someone went inside and told the front desk in person. At one point we waited 45 minutes. Some guests got frustrated and just decided to walk, but the hotel sits at the top of a steep hill — not a realistic option, especially for older guests like us. Their website suggests the shuttle runs regularly, but that was far from our experience.
Restaurant: We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 PM Saturday and were turned away, even though their website says they're open until 8:00 PM. We had to rush down the hill to find dinner to-go in town before the shuttle stopped running at 8:45. It was a shame we didn't even have time to stay and eat on our anniversary or face having to trek up that hill. The next morning I mentioned this to the restaurant owner, who insisted they closed at 8:00 and that she was there. She then told us the restaurant closes at 2:00 PM on Sundays — so dinner there that night wasn't an option either. She was very friendly though I must say. On Monday we finally had breakfast before checkout. The food was mediocre and didn't match the glowing reviews at all. The prices were also odd — $12 for mozzarella sticks, $20 for nachos, but only $11 for pulled pork sliders, which you'd expect to be the pricier item. The pricing just didn't add up. While we were there, another couple was turned away at 1:30 PM because the restaurant closes from 2–4 on Mondays. We could feel their frustration.
Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi we were looking forward to was covered up and converted into a gazebo with chairs. At first we couldn't find it but yea. No mention of this on the website.
Room issues: The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The front desk told us we can mention it to housekeeping, who didn't come until after 5:00 PM. We got the soap and a couple fresh towels. The towels themselves were thin and didn't dry well overnight so fresh ones were sorely needed to get at least one shower in with soap before we had to leave the next day. The TV didn't work at all, and the microwave was unplugged — though I was able to fix that myself. The hotel also doesn't offer complimentary coffee, which is standard at most hotels we've stayed at for half the price.
The good: The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the balcony was a nice touch. The room was quiet.
Bottom line: The website gives a very different impression than what you actually get. Between the unreliable shuttle, limited and unpredictable restaurant hours, missing amenities, thin towels, and no coffee, this was not the anniversary experience we hoped for. I'd recommend staying somewhere closer to downtown so you're not dependent on a shuttle and stuck with limited options. I think we need to redo our anniversary. It was a miss for sure.

RRETA oyaこのホテル総合的に満足しています！オーナーが中国系なのか、それとも春節なのか。スタッフはメキシカンが多く隣にカジノもあるので警備員は多いです。駐車場はホテル利用者とカジノ利用者で分かれていますのでそこまで不安にならなくても良いかと思います。大体の目的地へは車で20〜30分くらいです。スーパーも隣にあり、コストコ会員には嬉しいコストコガスステーションも10分くらいの場所にあるので食事に困ることもありません。フルーツやサラダなどはコストコやスーパーで買いご飯は日本からの持ち込みで電子レンジを毎食使って食事には困ることなく過ごせました！このホテルは朝食付き‼︎パン、マフィン、ドーナツ、ワッフルメーカー、オーツ、フルーツ🍎🍌、ヨーグルト、茹で野菜、揚げ物🍟、ソーセージ、オムレツ種類豊富に食材が存在します！そして、毎日お部屋にボトルの水とタオル交換にきてくれる嬉しいサービスをありがとうございます！また、LAに来た際は利用したいと思いました！ジムとスパも使いたい！

ららてーるネットではデポジットが500ドルと記載されていましたが、実際には100ドルでした。1泊のみだったからでしょうか。
空港シャトルは予約のメールをしていたにも関わらず見つけることが出来なかったのでLyftで25ドル（4,000円ほど）で向かいました。
翌日朝8時の便だった為ホテルで朝食を食べれなかったのですが、スタッフの方が軽食を袋に詰めて３人分渡してくれました。中身は水のペットボトル、ヨーグルト、マフィンでした。物価の高いアメリカでとても助かりました。ありがとうございました！

LLyn R.フロントデスクのサービスとスタッフは最高でした！ドジャースの試合観戦のため、週末に宿泊しました。近くの他のホテルは1泊40～60ドルの駐車料金がかかるのに対し、このホテルは1泊15ドルとリーズナブルだったので、このホテルを選びました。真新しいホテルを期待していたわけではなかったのですが、本当に良かったです。唯一残念だったのは、部屋の冷蔵庫が壊れていたか電源が入っていなかったため、フルーツを1カップ捨てなければならなかったことですが、大した問題ではありませんでした。試合観戦でこの街に来るたびに、必ずここに泊まります。

ゲゲストLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!
