天府広場のすぐ近くにあります。有名ホテルチェーンなので、他の都市でもよく見かけますね。設備は少し古いですが、全体的な雰囲気は落ち着いていて、どこか品の良さを感じる「オールドマネー」的なスタイルが気に入りました。最近流行りのインスタ映えホテルより、私はやはり老舗ホテルの方が好きです。

I wanted to share a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at Hyatt Centric The Ring Chengdu. This was the final stop on our China trip, and our experience here truly stood out - it was, without a doubt, the best customer service we received throughout our journey. While not all staff were fluent in English, those who communicated with us - both in person and via WeChat - were exceptionally thoughtful, attentive, and professional. From the moment we arrived, Cheng Cheng welcomed us so warmly. He kindly assisted with our luggage up to the lobby and our room, and his enthusiasm in welcoming us to Chengdu immediately made us feel at home. After helping us check in, he briefly stepped away but returned shortly after to offer us a room change he had proactively arranged, having noticed an unpleasant food odour in the original room. This level of care and attention to detail meant so much to us. Throughout our stay, he continued to check in on us with a super friendly smile whenever we crossed paths, always ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Thank you, Cheng Cheng! We would also like to thank James, who went above and beyond to help us with collecting our parcels - our first time ordering online in China. When our packages were diverted to a collection point, he personally accompanied us there and took the time to explain how the system works. This level of service is truly rare and it seemed so consistent with the whole team at this establishment. When one of our parcels was mistakenly picked up and opened by someone else, James and Echo, the duty manager, stepped in and liaised with the collection point to track it down and successfully retrieve it. Echo wanted to hand this item to us personally so that we could check the contents were in good condition. We were incredibly impressed and grateful. Echo also helped resolve a couple of delivery hiccups by assisting us in contacting courier customer service, ensuring everything was eventually delivered smoothly. Thank you, James and Echo! Last but certainly not least, our deepest thanks to Aggie. She was an absolute angel throughout our stay - so kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. She would help us with any issues promptly and nothing seemed like a hassle despite all the help we needed. When a couple of our deliveries couldn’t arrive before our departure, Aggie went out of her way to help arrange for the remaining parcels to be sent to us. Her care and dedication were truly exceptional and Hyatt Centric The Ring is so fortunate to have her as part of theteam! Thank you very much for everything, Aggie! The team’s thoughtfulness was evident in so many small ways as well - bringing parcels up to our room and even leaving a pair of scissors for us to use. These touches did not go unnoticed and made our stay all the more special. The breakfast was also excellent. If I were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be for housekeeping to pay a little more attention to detail in the bathrooms. That said, given the outstanding service we experienced, this was a very minor point, and I have no doubt it would have been promptly addressed had we raised it during our stay. Additionally, we found the laundry detergent used for the bath towels a little harsh and caused dryness for both my husband and me, though this was easily resolved with disposable cotton towels. Ultimately, it was the people at this hotel who made our stay so memorable. Their warmth, care, and professionalism far outweighed any minor issues. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be recommending it to family and friends visiting Chengdu.

This review is extremely late. Apologies to the incredible staff. STAFF APPRECIATION: I was cared for this time by Xiao-Ya, Xiao-Li, the driver Master Bao and Ms. Xu in the restaurant. Due to the nature of my work, when I travel it is always late at night. Even though it was after 9pm when I arrived, I was still picked up at the railway station and taken safely to the hotel. Not only was I kindly received when I arrived, but my room had also been upgraded for free to the Cloud Room. The next day I started out early in order to see as much of the area as I could. I had many questions about where to go, how to get there, and how to purchase tickets and the staff answered them promptly and completely even including screenshots and step-by-step directions. They also offered transportation to and from one of the sites and helped me at the ticket office. I cannot stress how kind, warm, professional, and patient everyone was with me especially with my limited Chinese and I appreciate it so, so much. HOTEL REVIEW: Quite by happy coincidence, this is the second Solo Wandering Hotel I have stayed at and I will now actively seek them out when I travel. They are the whole package and given the price and the many hotel options, that is something I seek out. However, the Wandering franchise truly takes it to another level. From the staff to the location to the rooms, everything has the feel of restful retreat with every need catered to. As with the last location, this hotel is also super conveniently located: just steps or a quick golf cart ride away from the major attractions I’d come to see such as the Great Buddha and temples and the cruise ship. The views are indescribable, the location quiet and serene a welcome respite from city light and noise pollution. On my arrival I was greeted with warm milk and snacks before bed. The minibar was among the best stocked I have ever seen. They also sold wine, which I treated myself to as well, given it has been difficult for me to find that particular brand and type of wine where I live. After returning home, I wish I’d purchased more! The room truly gave one the feeling of walking and sleeping amongst the clouds, like something out of a costume drama. Unfortunately, I came late and was unable to use the outdoor pool. Maybe next time!! The only drawback was that there were a few bugs inside, but that comes with being right in the middle of nature and having the doors and windows open. I was advised to keep them closed for this reason and insect repellant was also offered. I slept quite well and had no insect bites when I left. ^_^ Quite possibly my favorite part of my stay was the dining. I am a foodie and definitely judge a place by what they offer and how it appeals to my senses. Teatime here is a MUST if you have the time. I indulged after walking around all day and before checking out and departing for home (I was graciously offered an extended checkout when I was late returning from one tour). It was the perfect afternoon refresher. The appearance, scent, flavor, taste, and temperature were all perfect. I was alone and couldn’t finish everything and it really felt like such a waste. After check-out, I received a gift bag with tasty local snacks. TLDR; Staff goes above and beyond regardless of the hour. They are a great resource for information about the local sites. The location is quiet, picturesque, and conveniently located. The amenities are top of their class. 10/10 recommend.

（スタッフが助けに来てくれなかったら、「ここは嫌だ！！！」と言っていたでしょう。3泊2日の滞在中、私たちは3つの異なるキャビンに移動しました。最初のキャビンでは、水圧が弱いため、レインシャワーは弱い雨粒のように感じました。次に、トイレの水流が弱く、30回以上流しても便が流れず、その後、水流が機能しなくなりました。翌朝、夜も遅かったので、別のキャビンに移動しました。 2番目のキャビンにも問題がありました。床暖房とエアコンの暖房を4時間以上オンにしましたが、まだ機能せず、部屋の温度は3℃でした。とても寒く、ヒーターがようやく機能するかどうかを確かめるために、カイロを背負った冬服を着るしかありませんでした。スタッフが、もう別のキャビンに移動したくないので、ポータブルヒーター（最後の写真を参照）を提供してくれました。しかし、トイレの水流が機能しなくなり、3番目のキャビンに移動せざるを得ませんでした。 部屋の基本的な設備は正常に機能していました。しかし、スタッフの素晴らしいサービスのおかげで、私たちが問題を提起するたびに、彼らは本当に最善を尽くしてすぐに問題を解決しようとしてくれたことがわかりました。 ここで、この場所について私たちが本当に気に入っている点をいくつか挙げます。 1) 素敵なグランピング体験をお探しなら、ここがおすすめです。部屋は美しく、景色は素晴らしいです。(キャビン 8 と 9 をチェックしてください)。動物に近づくこともできます。(写真参照) 2) 光害をあまり受けずに星を楽しみたいなら、ここがおすすめです。(スタッフへの提案: 街灯をモーション センサーに交換してください。そうすれば、夜は星を見るのに暗くなります。街灯は車が動いていないのに明るすぎます。最後から 2 番目の写真を参照してください。これは部屋の照明をすべて消した部屋の明るさです。しかし、街灯のせいで部屋からの星の眺めが台無しになっていました。) 3) 丘のふもとまで車で無料で送迎してくれます。 (注: ホテルの Didi GPS は間違っています。Didi は丘の途中で降ろす可能性があります。そのため、丘のふもとからホテルに無料の車で送迎するサービスを依頼したほうがよいでしょう。) 4) Wechat 経由でのスタッフとのコミュニケーションは迅速で応答性が高いです。私たちは国を出発する前にすでに彼らと連絡を取っています。黄龍九寨駅に着くと、どのバスに乗ってどの停留所で降りるか (九寨溝ビジターセンターではなく、華美勝地) も案内し、ホテルまで迎えに来るドライバーを待機させています。 5) スタッフは素晴らしく、フレンドリーで親切です。客室でトラブルが発生したとき、彼らは非常に迅速に対応し、問題解決に最善を尽くしてくれました。 6) 部屋はスマートルームです。ドアを開けた瞬間からカーテンが自動的に開き、部屋では素敵な音楽があなたを歓迎します。また、Bluetooth 経由でノートパソコンや携帯電話を接続して、客室全体をサラウンド サウンドの映画館にすることもできます。 結論: 基本的な設備がすべて正常に機能し、モーションセンサーで夜間に街灯を消灯して星を眺めることができたら、私たちの滞在は完璧以上だったでしょう。友人や自分自身が私の提案を受け入れて場所を改善してくれるなら、また来ることを勧めます。=) )

這次呢想着是週末就帶着家裡的小朋友放鬆一下來這個温泉酒店泡泡温泉，剛好週末，所以酒店內小朋友的活動特別多，剛進大堂就聞到一股糖油果子的味道，大堂後面有免費的綠豆湯和糖油果子特別好。酒店內的環境也很優雅，有很多的綠化，特別是温泉區，也有小朋友專有的池子，泡了很舒服。服務人員態度極佳，無論何時都樂於助人。房間乾淨整潔，床上用品柔軟舒適。食物豐富美味，早餐的種類也特別多，用餐的時間也特別人性化。下次節假日也打算帶家人來體驗一下。

まさに完璧な10点満点！チェックインのスムーズな手続きからチェックアウト時の心温まるお見送りまで、すべてが申し分ありませんでした。部屋は広々として明るく、設備は真新しく高品質。寝具は驚くほど快適でした。 美しいデザインから始まり、細部に至るまで感動しています。ここは単なるホテルではなく、まさに隠れ家のような楽園です。窓からの眺めはまるで絵画のよう。すでに友人全員におすすめしました！ フロントデスクのエリさんには特に感謝しています！私たちの希望通りの部屋タイプを用意してくださり、細やかな気配りで私たちのニーズに応えてくれました。まるで家族のように温かく迎えてくれたこの気持ちは、五つ星ホテルのアメニティ以上に心に響きました。

ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、春熙路などの人気観光スポットへのアクセスも非常に便利です。しかも、ホテル自体は賑やかな場所にあるにも関わらず、静かで落ち着いた環境です。向かいには四川省川劇院があり、川劇について学び、鑑賞するのに大変便利でした。滞在中、いくつか施設の不備がありましたが、ホテルマネージャーのNikkiさんが非常にプロフェッショナルで、すぐに対応策を講じてくださり、サービス第一の姿勢が感じられました。全体的に、お勧めできるホテルです。

まず、部屋の準備をしてくださったスタッフの方に感謝します。備考欄をしっかり確認し、完璧に手配してくださいました。フロント兼コンシェルジュのEmmaaaさんは、チェックインからずっと迅速かつ適切に対応してくれました。ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、春熙路が目の前にあり、徒歩数分です。人気スポットである金融センターの壁を登るパンダも道を渡ればすぐで、多くの観光地や空港への直通シャトルバスの乗り場もこのパンダの近くにあり、非常に便利です。部屋のデザインは合理的で、寝具は清潔で快適、窓も少し開けられるので換気も良好です。清掃スタッフの方もとても丁寧で、私が水をたくさん飲むのを見て、翌日の清掃時には自ら数本のミネラルウォーターを追加してくれ、初日と同じくらいきれいに掃除してくれました。レストランは45階にあり、眺めも良く、朝食で麺を茹でてくれるおばさんもとても親切で熱心でした。

九寨溝の入り口からわずか500メートルという絶好のロケーションにある素晴らしいホテルです。徒歩5分でとても便利でした。値段は少し高めでしたが、朝、他のホテルのシャトルバスが道で渋滞しているのを見て、すぐにこの値段を払う価値があったと感じました。 ホテルの内装や設備もとても良く、全室にスマートホームシステム「XiaoDu」が完備されており、エアコンのオンオフ、照明の点灯、カーテンの開閉など、声だけで操作できました。清潔さも申し分なく、観光地だからといって質が落ちるということもなく、値段に見合ったものでした。 最後に、ホテルのフロントの女性スタッフの方を特に褒めたいです。チェックイン時に景観の良い部屋にアップグレードしてくださっただけでなく、観光地のヒントや注意点をたくさん教えてくださいました。私の要望にも快く応じてくださり、とても親切でした。一つハプニングがあったのですが、その日の夜、観光地の最終バスに乗り遅れてしまい、フロントの女性スタッフが観光地に連絡してくださり、電話でずっと私の気持ちを落ち着かせてくださいました。とても親切で細やかな対応に感謝しています！

年次休暇の後、私は都市を離れ、雪を頂いた山のふもとで山の楽しみを体験したいと思いました。今回は新しくオープンした快適な温泉ホテルを選びました♨️ まずサービスについて話しましょう 注文後、ホテルは数秒で電話に出て、駐車場、山の天気、距離について尋ねました。ホテルのスタッフさんの対応がとても丁寧でした。それから彼は WeChat を追加して、すべてのホテル情報を私たちに送ってくれました。到着するとすぐに挨拶に出て、荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。チェックインも非常に迅速かつプロフェッショナルでした。ホテルはとても美しく、山と川に面しており、スイミングプールの隣のラウンジチェアに寝転んで、夜に温泉に入るのもとても快適です。また、ホテルの食事もとても美味しくて、本当に幸せで快適な1泊2日の旅行でした(笑)。
