Very good hotel. Great check in service. The hotel has a really nice arty theme. Lovely restaurant. The room was very nice and modern. Good internet and English tv. Very good position for MBK just 5 minutes walk. Also Siam Square ten minutes. Very happy with everything.

私たちは20階に住んでいて、素晴らしい眺めがあり、地下鉄の駅にとても近いので、どこに行くのも便利です。 バスルームはドライエリアとウェットエリアに分かれており、十分なお湯、強い水圧、非常に強力なヘアドライヤーが備わっています。 ベッドもとても寝心地がよく、沈み込みもありません。 しかし、どうやら電気スタンドの 1 つがスイッチに接続されていなかったようで、完全に暗い睡眠環境にするためにプラグを抜かなければなりませんでした。

Tuvimos que ir a la recepción tres veces para que solucionaran el problema con el frigobar (no funcionaba), liego de insistir en reiteradas oportunidades, vinieron a cambiarlo , en cinco días no retiraron el otro, por lo que tuvimos un huésped extra, también reclamamos por el teléfono (tampoco funcionaba), nunca lo solucionaron. Las luces de la habitación y la del baño muy tenues. Recordemos que es un hotel de 4 estrellas. El resto bien, los chicos de la recepción siempre bien dispuestos.

El hotel está muy bien, habitaciones limpias y amplias. Pequeña piscina para refrescarte. El comedor está muy bien decorado. El desayuno es básico pero de calidad. En general el hotel es muy elegante, servicio estupendo, muy amables. Limpia la habitación cada día, detalle muy importante. Muy contenta con el hotel y el servicio. Lo recomiendo! Está bien ubicado!!

環境：市内中心部からは少し離れていますが、94番バスが市庁舎広場、北駅、そして入り口近くの闘牛場まで直通しています。バスで約20分です。交通量は少ないですが、信号が多いです。 サービス：サービスは素晴らしかったです。特にハウスキーピングスタッフには感謝しています。英語が話せなかったにもかかわらず、毛布が必要なことを3回伝えると、快く追加の毛布を持ってきてくれました。素晴らしいサービスでした！フロントデスクのスタッフをはじめ、出会ったすべてのスタッフが、積極的に笑顔で挨拶してくれました。 清潔さ：とても清潔でした。

バスターミナルが近くてとても便利です。ホテルの周りには駐車場がたくさんある上に、鍵は無料！無料！無料！これは本当に助かります。他の場所では1泊18ユーロも駐車していたので、一瞬で大儲けした気分です！辺り一面にオレンジの木が並んでいて、彭玉燕のチェックインポイントにも徒歩圏内です。

公共交通機関で中心部へのアクセスが便利なエリアに位置する素晴らしいホテルです。 受付のスタッフはとても親切で、朝食も素晴らしかったです。 部屋は広くて清潔ですが、防音性は改善の余地があります。強くお勧めします。

Location was 16 minutes walk from the train station and about the same walk to the old city, with lots to see in between. The hotel appears to be a local chain that does not as easily accommodate those who are not connected to it. This was my 6th and last stop on my trip to Europe, and it was the only place that did not include water. In fact, nothing in the minibar was included and that was not well marked in the room. Breakfast was quite good, but service was not as good.
