素晴らしい滞在でした。25ドルの料金で早めにチェックインできたのは助かりました。ただ、この時間帯にプールを利用するのに50ドルもかかるのは残念でした。これはあくまで私の意見で、ウェブサイトにも記載されていたので驚きませんでした。ただ、プールなのに料金が高すぎるのは残念です。フロントの人が言うには、私たちの部屋にはカワブエとテントウムシがたくさんいました。部屋にはスプレーをかけてもらったのですが、効果はありませんでした。景色は最高でした。色々な場所へ歩いて簡単に行けます。フロントの対応も素晴らしかったです。

このホテルが大好きです。フリルはありませんが、犬を受け入れ、素晴らしいスタッフを持ち、清潔で町の大部分にあります。駐車場はトンではありませんが、エリア内にいくつかのスポットがあります。

住的6號小屋2張雙人床，可能是結構的問題，衞生間沒有暖風出口，導致衞生間冬天有點冷。不過卧室裏還是挺暖和的。床很舒服，乾淨整潔。值得推薦。

ホテルは空港にとても近く、到着後はアイランド3b停留所でシャトルバスをお待ちください。シャトルバスの時刻表はフロントデスクまでお問い合わせください。ホテルのスタッフは親切でした。部屋はそれほど広くはありませんでしたが、とても快適でした。ゆっくり休むことができ、朝食も美味しかったです。フロントで空港送迎を事前に予約していたので、スムーズに空港に到着できました。

環境がとても良く、ホテルは清潔で、値段も高く、中華料理店、タイ料理店が周りにあり、ドイツの町へのドライブもとても便利です、それはお勧めです。朝食も良かったし、フロントデスクのサービスも良かった。

素晴らしい時間ですが、130の部屋を予約してから、130の別の夜を予約することにしました。ホテルからオンラインで85があったことに気付いたとき、私はかなり困惑しました。もう一度、しかし本当にその割引を探していて、私の誕生日に無料の飲み物と軽食を手に入れることに興奮しましたが、それでも2日目は完全に朝食がなくなったので、あなたが袋の朝食をとる最初の25歳であることを確認してください。 1つ取得します

ゲゲストDiscovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

No lift, must carry luggage up stairs to the room (2 bedroom penth house), level 1 is king size bed with table and chair with ensuite toilet, upstairs is queen size bed with ensuite toilet. Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

ゲゲストホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーですが、役に立ちません。料金を支払い、衣類と洗剤を入れた後、洗濯機が動かなかったので、フロントに電話したところ、洗濯機が動かないと言われました。なぜ通知を出さないのかと尋ねると、フロントは私が電話したときに初めて知ったと言いました。最初は翌朝まで待って、洗濯機の会社に電話して返金してもらうように言われました。とにかく、返金されるかどうかはわかりません!!! 結局、何度もやり取りした後、フロントは現金で返金し、別の階で洗濯できるように洗剤をくれることに同意しました。
車でシアトルに到着したのは夜遅く、夜の11時頃でした。駐車料金を支払いました。チェックアウト後数時間でシアトルを出発するので、スペースが必要なので午後遅くまで車をガレージに置いておくことはできないと言われました。私は「1日料金」を支払ったので、原則として午後遅くまで車を駐車できるはずだと言いましたが、彼らはそれはだめだと言いました。遅くチェックインするのは私の選択であり、彼らは私の駐車時間を午後遅くまで延長することはできないと言われました。
私は彼らに、それが規則なのか、彼らは説明にそれをはっきりと記載し、ゲスト、特に「1日料金」について別の解釈をする可能性のある海外からのゲストに事前に知らせるべきだと尋ねました。
結局、彼らは午後2時まで駐車することを許可しましたが、それは私には早すぎ、駐車場の問題のためにシアトルでの計画を完全に変更する必要があります。
結論として、ゲストに問題があれば申し訳ないが、あまり助けることはできないというのが彼らの一般的な態度です!!!!!

ででかぽん立地はとても良くて繁華街まで歩いて行けました。
朝早くから一号店のスタバに行きたかったので、歩いて行けるのはとても便利でありがたかったです。
Symphony station から歩く場合坂がかなり急です。
歩けなくないですが、スーツケースがある場合かなり大変でした。

ゲゲストThe staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit.
Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall.
The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.

匿匿名ユーザーThere were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention.
When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air.
This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events:
I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm.
I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button.
I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation.
I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night.
The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima.
I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.
