経験はとても良く、とてもきれいです。フルキッチン用品やキッチンペーパーを備えた小さなキッチンがあります。朝食はありません。フロントデスクは早めに休業しますが、セルフサービスで鍵を受け取ることができます。場所を見つけるのは簡単ではありません。でも市内中心部には駐車場がありますが、ドアには一列に並んでいるだけです

私たちはこのアパートに4泊しました。見つけやすく、スーパーマーケットや主要なショッピングエリアの近くの静かなエリアにあり、歩いてすぐでした。十分な駐車場と場所により、アイスランドの他の地域に簡単にアクセスできます。入場は、正面玄関のキーコードを介して、その後、部屋のドアも通過しました。アパートメント複合施設は静かでした。私たちの部屋はかなり小さかったが、滞在には十分だった。部屋もとても暖かかったのですが、ファンが使え、部屋の中にいる間も使っていました。私たちのアパートはエレベーター(階段のみ)を含まない地下レベルにあり、再び滞在した場合は(特にスーツケース付き)退屈になったのでこれを検討しますキッチンエリアと冷蔵庫は良いサイズでした。ランドリー施設はリーズナブルでした。バスルームの無問題。追加のリネンが利用可能でした。レイキャビクでの良い滞在。お勧めできます

この宿は最高でした。セルフチェックインとチェックアウトが気に入りました。手間がかからず、到着も出発も迅速でした。私たちは朝早く出かけて夜遅くに帰ってきたので、従業員や他の宿泊客にはあまり会いませんでしたが、会った人たちはとても親切で助かりました。部屋とバスルームはとても清潔で暖かかったです。夜も寒くありませんでしたし、バスルームはタイル張りでしたが、床は暖房されていました。チェックアウト後にしか部屋を掃除してくれなかったこと以外は、この宿に不満はありません。5日間の滞在の終わりには、ゴミ箱が溢れていました。全体的には素晴らしい宿で、低予算でアイスランドを訪れたい人には絶対にお勧めです。

Pros: The apartment is in a great location and plenty of room and a full kitchen. Cons: we had an issue with both of our bathrooms that caused loud and extremely smelly air to be vented up from the shower drains and took continuous emails and 4 days to fix. The fix was very simple and did not require an outside service or plumber to fix it (image shows missing piece in shower drain). The staff kept referring to the sulfur smell of their water which tourists are not used to but did not come out to fully investigate the issue until I sent them a video showing a wet towel physically bubbling off the ground by the vented air. They then came out, but only fixed one of the showers, which required multiple emails again and multiple days to have fixed. The smell was strong enough that it caused us to eat out for every meal instead of using the apartment kitchen as intended. We also needed to keep wet towels over the shower drains and towels at the bottom of the bathroom door and all windows open to sleep comfortably at night due to how overpowering the smell was. The apartment is considered self-service, but the supply room was continuously empty which meant that you were unable to grab supplies when needed. The state of the apartment was also concerning as the number 9 in the front of the building was missing from the wall, which made finding the apartment take a little longer when we arrived. There was also a light fixture hanging by wires that had fallen from the ceiling that prevented the use of the dining room table (this issue was fixed the first day, see image) I have given Sif Apartments (Hemaleiga) more than a month to work with me on a fair discount for the days affected, but they are slow to respond to emails, if responding at all, and only offered a discounted rate on the first night, which comes out to around 3% off the total stay. I have counter-offered that It would be fair to at least be discounted on the 4 nights it took them to fix the drain issue as we were unable to make full use of the apartment or cook in the kitchen during this time. Not to mention the countless emails and wasted time trying to fix the issue which should have been spent enjoying the beautiful city and vacation. The fix for the drain issue was simple, fast and easy and should have been done the first day they were made aware. While Sif Apartments (Hemaleiga) has the potential to be a great choice of housing while staying in Reykjavik, I would not recommend them until they can figure out a better system for supplies, urgent maintenance requests, and more training for their customer service team as this issue could have been easily resolved the first day and a fair compromise should have been an immediate offering. If we had not been traveling during the busy tourist season (June), I would have switched rooms on the first night as the smell was overwhelming, but no rooms were available in our area for a family of 4.

Room 101 was hardly up to my expections. the room was 4 square meters ( found out later) but it is a room of about 2 meters wide and 3,5 meter long but the wall was diagonal so it was a strange, small room With no table no wardrobe . So no room for my suitecase or my close. So 7 days of living out of my suitcase and no place to leave my suitcase open. Alone some walking space by the bed. I thought there was no cleaningserves because but to my surprice the 6th day i got new bedlinnen and towels. (that was something good but not on the last night :-) So i would recommend not to rent room 101 its not worth it (in my opinion) Also the pictures of the room are looking good but don't let you see the real layout of the room. But Reykjavik and Iceland made it a wunderfull experience afterall.

アルフレッドのスタジオで本当に良い滞在ができました。予約した瞬間からチェックアウトまで、物事はうまくいっていました。良いコミュニケーション。絶好のロケーション。バスターミナルから徒歩わずか10分。スーパーマーケット、カフェ、バーまで徒歩3分、メインウォーキングストリートまでわずか100メートルです。スタジオはとてもきれいで、新しいように見えました。すべてがうまく機能していました。しかし、落下ベッドは最も快適ではありませんでした。小さな冷蔵庫、コーヒー、ボイラー。次回もここに滞在します。あなたのお金のための素晴らしいバウアー。

I stayed here for four nights ONLY because my positive Covid test, the day before my scheduled flight back to the U.S.A., required that I self-quarantine for five days before I could request a ”Fit to Fly” Certificate to get on my return flight. Needing to quickly find a place to stay for several nights that was not too far from the BSI Terminal, I felt blessed that this place met my needs at a price that significantly less than other lodgings. Unfortunately, the number of negatives were simply too much for me to ignore. Let me be clear: I am not fussy when it comes to sleeping accommodations. When I do wilderness backpacking, a roof over my head & an outhouse are luxuries for me. I knew this place had shared bathrooms but figured (correctly, I need to emphasize) it would not be a problem for me. First, the positives. Good location in a quiet neighborhood at a budget price. Warm, comfortable beds. Very clean rooms, including all common areas. Excellent wifi. Spotless kitchen had more utensils than I expected, with plenty of refrigerator space for your food; thus allowing you to save on meals. A hair dryer was in the room. Negatives. Unless you are walking along the Snorrabraut sidewalk, with a good idea of where this place is -- it's right behind the bus stop, BTW -- you'll never see its sign. With a lack of street signs in the area, I can't say I'm surprised I got lost trying to find the place. There is no elevator; it was not fun to carry my suitcase up a flight of stairs. Check-in was not till 3pm, and there is no place to safely store your luggage. I've gotten used to mid-afternoon check-ins, but having to sit around till then is also not fun. My room was supposedly designed for four people, but I see no way for more than two people to not trip over each other. The paint on the white table was clearly coming off, and any attempt to move it resulted in its legs falling apart. TV had ONLY Apple TV, meaning you must pay extra for anything you wanted to see. I enjoy watching news & free entertainment, but this was literally impossible. The washing machine was broken while I was there. ANY ability to do laundry is a nice feature, and getting it free is a real treat. But not if it's unusable. My room has radiator heat, meaning you have two choices: lots of heat or none at all. I must state that my biggest negative was lack of communication about getting a room key. All I got was an email message stating ”Front door: xxxxxx” and ”Room code: xxxxx”. I've spent a lifetime training people how to use technology, often after I had to teach myself because of bad instructions, so I'm pretty good at figuring out how to get things to work. And I had no problem getting in the front door. But getting my room key took me almost fifteen minutes because there was nothing more about unlocking the box beyond the above words. I shouldn't have to email a request for instructions when I arrive at a lodging; they should be available before or at arrival. And I ne

Just back from staying here with partner and 11year old, we had a room with a bathroom, room was clean and beds comfortable, kitchen was shared had fridge cooker, utensils etc, it may seem scruffy to uk standards.but such a good price with parking and bus stop and shops walking distance, perfect on a budget and just want a comfy bed!

私たちはこのアパートに4泊しました。見つけやすく、スーパーマーケットや主要なショッピングエリアの近くの静かなエリアにあり、歩いてすぐでした。十分な駐車場と場所により、アイスランドの他の地域に簡単にアクセスできます。入場は、正面玄関のキーコードを介して、その後、部屋のドアも通過しました。アパートメント複合施設は静かでした。私たちの部屋はかなり小さかったが、滞在には十分だった。部屋もとても暖かかったのですが、ファンが使え、部屋の中にいる間も使っていました。私たちのアパートはエレベーター(階段のみ)を含まない地下レベルにあり、再び滞在した場合は(特にスーツケース付き)退屈になったのでこれを検討しますキッチンエリアと冷蔵庫は良いサイズでした。ランドリー施設はリーズナブルでした。バスルームの無問題。追加のリネンが利用可能でした。レイキャビクでの良い滞在。お勧めできます

ホテルの場所はとても良いです、市内中心部の教会から徒歩10分未満。ドアに無料駐車場があります。 部屋は本当に良いです、私は2つの異なる部屋に泊まりました。 1つの部屋はとてもモダンで、4号室です。 部屋3は少し古いですが、2つの独立した部屋があり、1つにはダブルベッドがあり、もう1つにはシングルベッドが2つあります。 部屋4は大きなベッド、2つのトイレ、リビングルーム、そしてリビングルームのソファベッドです！コンピュータや携帯電話に接続できる大きなLgテレビがあります。 家主はかわいい猫と大きな犬を飼っています。清潔なスタッフはとても丁寧で親切です。 シングルルームモデルを除いて、ほとんどの部屋にキッチンが付いているので、自分で料理ができるのでとても快適です。孤立していたので合計6日間ここに滞在し、とても気に入りました。どこに住むか迷っている方は是非検討してみてください〜

この宿は最高でした。セルフチェックインとチェックアウトが気に入りました。手間がかからず、到着も出発も迅速でした。私たちは朝早く出かけて夜遅くに帰ってきたので、従業員や他の宿泊客にはあまり会いませんでしたが、会った人たちはとても親切で助かりました。部屋とバスルームはとても清潔で暖かかったです。夜も寒くありませんでしたし、バスルームはタイル張りでしたが、床は暖房されていました。チェックアウト後にしか部屋を掃除してくれなかったこと以外は、この宿に不満はありません。5日間の滞在の終わりには、ゴミ箱が溢れていました。全体的には素晴らしい宿で、低予算でアイスランドを訪れたい人には絶対にお勧めです。

これは素晴らしい場所でした。それはHalgrimskirkenのすぐ隣に位置し、レイキャビクを探索することを容易にし、エリアにはたくさんの駐車スペースがあります。朝食に前向きに驚き、夕方に食べ物を貯めて作るオプションがあります。スタッフもとても親切で親切です。しかし、雨が降ったときに天井から漏れた水の中にいた部屋と、部屋の上隅にかなり大きなカビが積み重なってしまい、滞在の終わりに少し病気になりました。そうでなければこの場所に5つ星を与えるつもりですが、この問題が解決される前にこの場所をお勧めできません。

Easy to find and with a bus stop conveniently located a few doors down! You can reach said bus stop (tour stop 3) using Flybus + from the airport and several tour operators pick up for trips such as the Golden Circle from here. Rooms and bathroom were clean with towels, a hair dryer etc. provided. The heating in the bedroom was great. A great location with a 24 hour store around the corner as well as loads of great restaurants, coffee shops and a short walk from the main tourist sites. I'd recommend a coffee and pastry at Baka Baka to start your day! My only complaint would be the noise - not from the outside but from other guests themselves. The walls are annoyingly quite thin so if your neighbour decides to shower late at night, it will sound as though there is a waterfall in your room - a little disappointing but wouldn't put me off staying again if I couldn't find anywhere similar for the price. FYI There's also never anyone on reception, so don't expect a normal check in/ out and someone always there for queries.

ゲストハウススンナは、ほぼ街の中心部にある素晴らしいロケーションにあります。プロパティは清潔でよく世話をしています。朝食のアイテムは豊富で味も良かったです。私の主な不満は予約プロセスです。部屋はベッドが2つある「ツイン」。娘と一緒に着いたら45ドル余分払わなければならなかった。机の女性が、娘を初期予約で登録しなければならなかったと教えてくれた。そんなことする方法がなかったのを覚えている。結果、ベッド2台のツインルームで、予約に娘を含める事が出来ると想定しました。ベッド2台のツインルームで2人収容できないのはなぜかわかりません。

レイキャビクの観光地の近くです。レイキャビクを象徴する教会と市役所、湖が近く歩いて通うことができます。ツアーをする停留所はBus -stop 6を利用すればされてその点も楽です。近くのいくつかの建物や港を見ることができ、お土産店、各種お店、コンビニ、スーパーも近くなので、買い物をしながら時間を過ごすにも便利です。各種レストランも歩いて利用することができます。 施設と清潔さは悪くありません。水が硫黄が添加されて出てくるのはアイスランドの特徴だと思っています。当社利用した部屋は3人使うに非常に広かったし、ソファも便利です。料理をすることができ、各種ツールや電子レンジ、冷蔵庫があります。欠点は水調節が時々ならずシャワーや洗面台にお湯の困りを経験することです。 近くにクラブなど居酒屋があり、休日に若い友人の声が聞こえます。全体的にコストパフォーマンスに満足できるホテルです。

Cosy and beautiful place. The room, the bathroom and the kitchen are very clean. The staff is super friendly. We were welcomed with water and snacks. The location is excellent, we are very close to the church, some stores, restaurants and a supermarket. And you can rent a bicycle.

Pros: The apartment is in a great location and plenty of room and a full kitchen. Cons: we had an issue with both of our bathrooms that caused loud and extremely smelly air to be vented up from the shower drains and took continuous emails and 4 days to fix. The fix was very simple and did not require an outside service or plumber to fix it (image shows missing piece in shower drain). The staff kept referring to the sulfur smell of their water which tourists are not used to but did not come out to fully investigate the issue until I sent them a video showing a wet towel physically bubbling off the ground by the vented air. They then came out, but only fixed one of the showers, which required multiple emails again and multiple days to have fixed. The smell was strong enough that it caused us to eat out for every meal instead of using the apartment kitchen as intended. We also needed to keep wet towels over the shower drains and towels at the bottom of the bathroom door and all windows open to sleep comfortably at night due to how overpowering the smell was. The apartment is considered self-service, but the supply room was continuously empty which meant that you were unable to grab supplies when needed. The state of the apartment was also concerning as the number 9 in the front of the building was missing from the wall, which made finding the apartment take a little longer when we arrived. There was also a light fixture hanging by wires that had fallen from the ceiling that prevented the use of the dining room table (this issue was fixed the first day, see image) I have given Sif Apartments (Hemaleiga) more than a month to work with me on a fair discount for the days affected, but they are slow to respond to emails, if responding at all, and only offered a discounted rate on the first night, which comes out to around 3% off the total stay. I have counter-offered that It would be fair to at least be discounted on the 4 nights it took them to fix the drain issue as we were unable to make full use of the apartment or cook in the kitchen during this time. Not to mention the countless emails and wasted time trying to fix the issue which should have been spent enjoying the beautiful city and vacation. The fix for the drain issue was simple, fast and easy and should have been done the first day they were made aware. While Sif Apartments (Hemaleiga) has the potential to be a great choice of housing while staying in Reykjavik, I would not recommend them until they can figure out a better system for supplies, urgent maintenance requests, and more training for their customer service team as this issue could have been easily resolved the first day and a fair compromise should have been an immediate offering. If we had not been traveling during the busy tourist season (June), I would have switched rooms on the first night as the smell was overwhelming, but no rooms were available in our area for a family of 4.

場所に最適なホテル。 5-10minsは、素晴らしい参照ポイントであるHallgrimskirkja(近代大聖堂)からのみ離れています。レイキャビクの中心部まで徒歩わずか10分。主要高速道路の1つ(49番)まで車で2分。ロフトにある7号室に泊まりましたが、とても広としていて、快適で、清潔で暖かいです。シングルルームしか必要とせず、シングルベッドが3つある部屋を与えられていたので、小さなグループには注意する価値があります。部屋にはシンクがありました。共有シャワールームは隣にあり、再びとても清潔できれいでした。朝食は標準的なコンチネンタルセレクションだった私の取引に含まれていました。外出するときに厚かましい小さなサルニーを作るのに理想的です。最も重要なことは、2人のホストが非常に丁寧で、幸せで、歓迎してくれたことです。全体的に、短期滞在に理想的なホテル😁。
