Broadway Apartelle には、歯磨き粉、歯ブラシ、石鹸さえも無いトイレタリー用品が一切ないので、自分で持参する必要があります。でも、お皿、スプーン、フォークは揃っているので、いつでも食べたいときに便利です。また、Apartelle から 300 m ほどのマウント カーメル教会のすぐ近くなので、とても気に入りました。全体的に、値段の割には良いと思います ☺️。

1. 交通の便はMRTの駅に近く、とても便利です。 2. 食器や野菜カット設備が備わった、調理が可能なアパートタイプのお部屋です。 3. ウェブサイトには、チェックアウト時に荷物を無料で保管できると記載されていますが、その日、宿泊施設の管理者が注意を促し、荷物を保管する場所を見つけるのを手伝うと約束しましたが、翌朝チェックアウトすると、保管場所が見つかりませんでした。このエリアはまだ対処されていませんでした。これは信じられないほどの2回目の背任であり、最終的にはこの問題を解決するために、次の旅行で荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってもらう必要がありました。 4. 滞在2日目、チェンさんは無事に部屋をチェックして異常はなく、チェックアウト手続きを完了し、住居保証金3,000ペソを現金で返金した。 (1泊のみ) しかし、4日目に清掃スタッフから「チェックアウト」が完了していないため、引き続き宿泊料金が発生する旨の電話がありました。 急いで空港に行こうとしたとき、シフト変更が完了していないフロントデスクのスタッフから電話があり、説明に15分近く時間を費やし、最終的にハウスキーピングスタッフが自分の間違いを認めました。 観光客には本当にご迷惑をおかけします。 5. 一言で言えば、この宿泊施設は素晴らしいです。設備管理者と不動産管理者の誠実さと厳格さを強化する必要があります。

久しぶりの宿泊であったが、よりスタッフの対応が良好になり丁寧になる。部屋のリフォームで清潔度が向上し害虫は皆無であった。また､ドアの鍵もカードキーにリニューアルして開閉が楽になる。他に変化した事は､ブレックファーストのメニューが著しく増えた事だ。お味もまずまずで満足できる。後は､これまで各部屋にペットボトルが備えて置いてあったが、各フロアにサーバーが設置されてふんだんに水は補給出来た点かな、勿論､ピッチャーが備えてあるので一度補給すれば当分は大丈夫。面倒な事はない。 一つだけ残念なのは、ブランケットが無く薄いシーツタイプだけなので風邪をひいてしまいました。
