ホテルは古代の町の端にあります。ウェイターが迎えに来て、荷物を手伝い、会って挨拶し、とても礼儀正しく、ホテルを訪れて説明してくれました。とても特徴的な家ですが、町の中心部まで歩いて15分ほどで食事や買い物に行くのは少し不便です。利点はとても静かです。個人的な好みによって異なります。古い家なので、歩く床がきしむ、夜はエアコンの外の音が大きく、部屋には耳栓が備わっていて、よく眠れませんでした。よく眠れない人はお勧めできません。衛生状態は悪くなく、古代の町の平均的な宿泊施設よりもきれいで、トイレタリーはロクシタン製です。朝食は定食、中華料理または西洋料理、中華料理にはビーフン、小さなケーキがあり、まったく食べられません。もう一つ欲しいのですが、ウェイターは子供を連れてきたと言って、もう追加できないと言いました。一般的に言って、古代の家を体験したい場合は、古代の家文化に興味がある場合は、それを試してみることができます。特に子供にはお勧めできません。夜は明かりが暗く、少し怖いです。

We stayed at Lishe seaview resort hotel for 2 nights. The hotel upgraded us to a two-room apartment which I did not expect! The apartment had spectacular view of Erhai in the living room and master bedroom. I had the foresight of having one free and easy day and we pretty much stayed in most of the time to soak in the view. The staff service was amazing. The team reached out to me via trip.com the day before we check in (fantastic initiative) as overseas visitors like me are not familiar with the WeChat usage. When we arrive, the staff were on standby to receive us and bring us to the apartment as we got there via our own driver. The hotel sent nightly desert (white fungus) to our apartment. One important aspect of the hotel is the delicious and wide spread of breakfast. The breaky was on the highest floor offering great views of Erhai, and the lady attendant there was polite, cheerful and has great service. When we checked, the hotel staff came to the apartment and send us to the car. They also presented a farewell bag of goodies - including rose Chinese cakes (which were super delicious!), tea and sweets. It was an awfully thoughtful gesture. I had the rose Chinese cake during breaky and loved them. So I was super happy to find them in the farewell gift. I would strongly recommend a stay here if you are in Dali. Fellow Singaporeans- you would love this place! I think even if I did not get the upgrade, I would have loved the view too. Just keep one day of doing nothing and enjoy the beautiful view and the hotel hospitality. The hotel staff were service oriented, always smiling, polite and helpful. I mean every staff we encountered, even the cleaning staff! This hotel was a great highlight of our Dali stay. I would definitely come back to stay at Lishe when next back to Dali.

I cannot recommend Sunyata Homestay in Dali enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was more than just a place to stay—it was an experience of genuine warmth and care. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a serene escape after long days of exploring. The afternoon tea and breakfast they served were nothing short of extraordinary. I’ve stayed in multiple 4-5 star hotels across China over the past month, but the gourmet food here easily surpassed them all. Every bite was thoughtfully prepared, leaving me in awe of the flavors and quality. The location of Sunyata Homestay is also perfect. It’s just far enough from the bustling crowds to remain peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to Dali Ancient City that it’s only a few steps away from great eateries and the heart of the ancient town. The balance is ideal for anyone seeking convenience without sacrificing tranquility. A special shout-out to the young lady working in the coffee shop up front—her coffee is unparalleled! My husband, who is a daily coffee drinker and rarely impressed, couldn’t stop raving about her brews. It was, hands down, the best coffee we had during our travels. The staff here deserve every bit of praise. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. However, what truly sets Sunyata apart is the incredible owner. My father had a bad accident in Dali on a rainy day, and I can honestly say I don’t know what I would have done without his support. Despite my limited Mandarin, he spent an entire day accompanying me to the hospital, ensuring we were well cared for and understood. The next day, he went out of his way to pick up the CT scans for us. His kindness and compassion left me speechless. The owner’s dedication to his guests is reflected in his amazing team, all of whom go above and beyond. Without his help, I would have had to cut my trip to China short. Instead, he turned a difficult situation into one where we felt supported and cared for like family. Sunyata Homestay is truly one of a kind, and I will forever be grateful for their hospitality. This is not just a place to stay; it’s a haven of comfort, care, and culinary delights. Thank you, Sunyata, for everything!

Hotel picked up from our previous hotel near the high speed rail! Really good service, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The original room booked was quite disappointing, and cleanliness wasn’t very good. The shower door doesn’t close properly causing the water to leak all over the bathroom. But the staff was extremely nice and changed our room into a suite. It was a nice upgrade, the suite was definitely much comfortable than the smaller room. I would really suggest booking a nicer room if you have the budget for it. The location was perfect, it was about 15 minute walk to the Dali ancient town South Gate and along the way there’s many shops and at night there’s food stalls. The room amenities itself seem a little dated. There’s a lot of markings on the walls and the toilet was missing the remote. The toilet flushing was also very weak and also flushed automatically with no option to flush multiple times. The breakfast was not bad. The free afternoon tea is disappointing.

私はホテルがとても好きです。ダリの古代の町から徒歩数分の絶好のロケーションです。駐車場には専用駐車場があり、春節のせいで部屋の値段は調整されていません。寝具は快適で、部屋のアップグレードも行ってくれました。ホテルの緑はとても良く、ウェルカムフルーツが配置されています...一番いいのは、ロビーのウェイターの質が高く、笑顔のサービスがとても心温まることです。休暇の感覚、ビュッフェの朝はバラエティに富んでいて多様です、ハードウェアとソフトウェアは、ダリのトップ10の高級ホテルの1つです!次回行きます!

展望台は素晴らしく、部屋は広々としていて蒼山の景色が楽しめ、洱海まではわずか1～2キロでした。立地は最高で、犬たちは可愛らしく、朝食もまずまずでした。しかし、女将はどちらかというと静かで愛想が悪く、電動スクーターのレンタルもありませんでした。近くにレストランはなく、タクシーも不便で、夜遅くに食事のために数キロ歩くのは疲れました。庭は広かったのですが、バスルームと寝室が仕切られておらず（ドアがなかった）、かなり不便でした。庭の多くの場所が手入れが行き届いておらず残念でした。大理はかなり荒れた場所です。

真心推薦這家!因為預算有限選了基礎房型，房間本身沒有海景，但性價比真的拉滿！酒店屬於一線海景位置，出門就是洱海，公共區域就能欣賞絕美湖景，晴天的洱海景色太治癒了。 文筆村旺季路上很容易堵車，建議大家淡季過來。酒店位置特別好，就在路邊，不用彎彎繞繞進村找路，省去很多麻煩。房間風格很舒服，一路奔波的疲憊回到房間就舒緩不少。 看評論前看到幾條差評，心裏還有點猶豫，對比多家之後發現這家是文筆村價位很實在的，是開了十年的老店，維護保養做得很不錯。早餐品類豐富，味道也很不錯。整體入住體驗超出預期，真心推薦！

素晴らしい体験でした！お部屋はとても清潔でスタイリッシュでした。ハウスキーパーのサリーさんは本当に親切でした。荷物をホテルに預けた時も、サリーさんが届けてくれました。本当におすすめです！
