Prime location, only 3 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach AND Mercato (whole foods, restaurants, bars, fun) Updated 2/2 home with lovely backyard/lanai and plenty of living space. 2 adult bikes and 1 child bike as well as beach chairs, tent and towels available. We also have an 88 keys electric keyboard in case you wish to play the piano. Feel free to park in our covered garage complete with electric EV charging capability.
