This upscale home includes 4 bedrooms (w/ a large master suite), 2 full bathrooms, garage, huge patio and backyard, modern lighting and fixtures, and brand new furniture. Each detail in the home was hand selected to fit the home's rural theme with the intention to be the ideal place to kick back after a day exploring or to simply relax in the Florida sun. The open floor plan of the living room and kitchen creates a perfect space for families and friends to gather. The backyard is fully-fenced in and includes a firepit and covered patio. Rainy day? No problem! Guests can enjoy the indoors playing board games, cards, or relaxing while watching a movie on our 65-in TV in the living room. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV with access to Netflix and other major streaming apps.The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, including a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), tea kettle (with tea), toaster, blender, and more.Each of the 4 bedrooms provide plenty of natural light (or you can use the blackout curtains if that's more your speed). Beds are stocked with brand new luxury bedding. A dedicated home office workspace is located in the master suite of the house. A pack-and-play crib is also available in the master suite closet.
