Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin on Portage Lake near Park Rapids, Minnesota. New kitchen and all new flooring in May/June of 2021. Both bathrooms have been remodeled as well. This 2100 square foot cabin has an open floor plan in the main area, with bar seating and a large farmhouse table, sofa seating area, and full size kitchen. There is a massive 1200 sq foot 3 season porch with lots of room for indoor activities. There is a washer and dryer for renter use, bedding, towels, linens, soaps, and basic kitchen tools stocked. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes/silverware, drinkware, towels, and soap. The deck has a propane grill. There is a fire pit, dock, and sand beach area. There are a few games, puzzles, books, and toys in the cabin and fishing poles in the porch. There are 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks on the property.Bedroom 1, King Bed Bedroom 2, Queen Bed Bedroom 3, Daybed with trundleBedroom 4 (closed in porch area); 2 single beds and full size futon, Couch can be used for sleeping also.The Park Rapids area is a relaxing summer destination for you and your family to relax by the beachside fire, shop, hike, dine, atv, boat, fish, or visit local tourist destinations.
