We stayed in the summer duplex villa. This a spacious two storey accommodation with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Overall the facilities were comfortable. It’s a more expensive accommodation yes, but reflected in the facilities, private hot spring and lovely service. Quanbieyuan was our host and very helpful. We loved the private hot spring. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, I couldn’t finish all of it although I wanted to. It was my husband’s birthday and they brought him a lovely cake. We also had tickets included to the hot springs next door which were wonderful. They give you VIP tickets which means access to a slightly more private change area. Across the road is a restaurant and shopping area, if you keep walking right then you will reach many well priced restaurants, supermarkets etc. It’s actually a pleasant area. There is no metro nearby but a bus stops in front of the resort if you need.

Location is far from the city center, but ******* is available. Breakfast is good but not enough meat meals. Service is excellent. Excellent room, but pretty strange choice of a snack: tomato chips are too strong-flavoured, and the flavour is strange. Hot springs are just like a big bath, nothing really special except for the tub form; it's very comfortable to use though.

週末避開市區擁堵，選擇入住融景酒店（鐵山坪森林公園店），整趟度假體驗遠超預期，藏在森林公園裡的度假酒店，很適合主城短途出遊。 房間打掃得十分乾淨，衞生細節到位，沒有異味。床品柔軟舒適，床墊軟硬適中，隔音效果在線，山林環境安靜，一覺睡到天亮。熱水供應穩定，洗漱備品齊全。推開窗就是滿眼綠植，空氣清新。免費停車場車位充足，自駕過來停車很方便。前台光瑩熱情有禮，辦理入住效率高，有需求響應及時。 酒店自帶餐廳不用外出覓食。自助早餐品類豐富，食材新鮮，能吃到重慶特色小麪。重點嚐了本地招牌花椒雞，麻香入味；朋友聚餐還可以預訂燒烤，菜品口味在線。就餐環境寬敞，服務人員補餐及時，在鐵山坪不用來回跑鎮上找餐館，省心很多。 酒店緊鄰鐵山坪森林公園，出門就能散步徒步，天然氧吧。園區草坪、觀景區域很好拍照，閑暇可以閑逛放鬆。整體環境清幽，遠離鬧市喧囂，不管家庭遛娃、朋友小聚、公司團建都合適。 綜合性價比很高，想要主城近郊森林度假首選這家，下次來鐵山坪還會繼續入住，推薦給計劃出遊的朋友！

The accommodation was very clean and well maintained. The staff provided excellent care and were very helpful throughout the stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a heater available, which was perfect for cold weather. The location is very convenient, close to the tourist center for visiting Wulong Karst and Fairy Mountain. It is also surrounded by many food options, with easy and convenient transportation. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Very beautiful location and also confidently located next to west entrance to 金佛山！ Nice room with the hot springs It is possible to charge the electric car Stuff was nice On to some minor disadvantages: -breakfast was just so so -no handles in the room for any towels -there was no curtains for our hot springs. It was still private, but you could clearly see us from upstairs rooms

Definitely not recommended on WARM DAYS because the hotel will turn off AC completely. I stayed at this hotel from 5/8 to 5/11, In-room HVAC only worked on daytime when outdoor temperature reached about 30 degrees, in room temperature was cooling down and comfortable enough. However, the hotel shut down AC system at night because outdoor temperature is not hot enough, that leading to in room temperature went back to 27 degrees, I got totally sleepless. Understood the hotel tried to save money on electricity, but AC system is the one of basic amenity systems and should not shut down the mostly of the days. Moldy grout, moldy caulking are all around the shower, the picture attached. Non adjustable shower head with fixed holder need upgraded. That shows lack of the maintenance for rooms. Room attendant provided great service she could and made me feel comfortable and welcome. All failures are belonging the management related to budget control.

這次入住體驗超棒，必須五星好評！ 酒店環境雅緻，房間寬敞舒適衞生也做得很乾凈，金可兒床品柔軟，睡得特別安穩。最驚喜的是温泉，水質乾淨、泡池舒服，泡完整個人都放鬆解乏，池子非常的多魚療池很舒服癢癢的還能帶走死皮。小靜服務熱情貼心，態度超好，辦理入住快捷高效。位置便利，温泉套餐性價比很高，不管是度假還是放鬆都很合適。
