「部屋は清潔で衛生的で、設備は整っていて、環境はエレガントで静かで、交通機関は便利です。バス停や鉄道駅がすぐ近くにあります。サービス態度はとても良いです。オーナーはとても熱心です。一見の価値があります。」

「老媽從國內來英國，然後我們自己開車去倫敦，這個地理位置不錯，離地鐵站很近，走路10分鐘以內。然後可以免費停在房東的車位。需要交進城費，但不需要交擁堵費（因為沒開進市中心）。所以地理位置真的不錯，地鐵直達市中心不用換乘。退房那天房東還問要不要把車留在這裏，我們怕耽誤當天的旅客停車，所以就婉拒了，我們開車去到地鐵站的停車場，6英鎊停一整天！非常划算了！然後坐地鐵去市中心玩！ 房東是一位很好的女士，住在一樓的，所有房客住在二樓，有的房行需要共享衞浴（我們的就是）。但是絲毫沒有影響，因為大家素質都挺高，而且廁所的衞生做的很好！裝修得也漂亮！很新！體驗感很好！大家注意晚上不要吵鬧，因為房東就住在樓下，所以樓上的動靜對她是有直接影響的！一切都是那麼温馨，就好像你住在倫敦的親戚家一樣！完美！」

「We stayed as we were going to a family party nearby therefore the location was perfect. The young man that greeted us and took us to our rooms was very polite and informative. The room was very clean comfortable bed and tea / coffee making facilities very welcoming after a long journey. The bottle of water was very much appreciated as We always have water for bed and can't usually get it in the hotels. Breakfast was very tasty cooked to our satisfaction and plenty of it. 10/10 There was just one complaint which could not have been foreseen by the owners of the hotel and that was noisy quests we think were in room one next to my niece and her family we could also hear them in our room which was no.10 loud singing and music until the very early hrs of the morning. Just a suggestion if the hotel does not have anyone on hand at night maybe a telephone no. Could be allocated in case of emergency or disturbing residents. Many thanks Christine (room 10)」
