「Date of Stay: 07/04/2025 We had high hopes for our visit, especially after a fantastic check-in experience—the front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and very welcoming. Unfortunately, our stay took a disturbing turn (my furry kid found out that there was a mouse trapped under the couch coz she smells cheese snackies). Wait what? A mouse trapped inside a hotel room? Kiddos are feeling scared, but hopefully the little mouse better not come out to scare us. During the night, while my family and I were asleep, we heard some noise that seemed like someone was playing a plastic bag!!! We discovered that a mouse had gotten into our garbage, which had been left on the table. This was both unsettling and unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Cleanliness and pest control are basic expectations, and this incident left us extremely disappointed and concerned about the overall hygiene standards. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their maintenance and cleanliness procedures. It’s a shame, because the staff were wonderful and working hard to give guests a good experience.」

「On the plus side, Our hotel was pretty close to our destination. However, We didn’t have a tv remote in our room. The lobby smelled like someone was smoking in it and our room smelled like hippie stoners baked it out for a week. Also, our blanket had a hole in it like someone burnt it with a cigarette. Other than the smells and the hole everything else seemed clean.」
