Home provides fully equipped kitchenette with cooktop and large dining table, two separate sleeping spaces (bedroom and living room) and office space. Enjoy the real New Mexican atmosphere!We live on the upper level of the property while you will have the entire lower level to yourself (690 sq ft apartment). This includes the adjacent part of the yard and covered patio with entertaining area.You can enter the home directly from the patio via private entrance equipped with keypad door lock.Main bedroom features rustic style queen size bed. You can enjoy mountain views right from your bed.Office space in the bedroom provides work table with chair, charging station, table lamp, basic office supplies and... the view!Another room is one large open space - kitchen with dining area and living room. Sofa in the living room is easily transformed into queen size bed. Mattress, pillows, comforter and extra blankets are provided in the adjacent closet. From the bed or sofa, you can watch 43" HDTV with HBO Max, Netflix, Roku etc. or admire the mountain on opposite side of the canyon.Fully equipped kitchenette with electric cooktop allows to prepare meals. Most of it is flat terrain - it could serve as a playground for kids or hangout space for adults. You will be amazed by the depth of the canyon below and the mountain on the opposite side. However, the yard is not fenced and younger kids should be supervised by adults. Please make sure you do not go beyond the point where the terrain suddenly changes to steep rock cliff.Be aware that you can meet wildlife on the yard - most often you can see deer. We are in a bear country however bears are rarely seen on our property.
