AAfanxiaこのホテルはコストパフォーマンスに優れています。まず、立地が抜群で、長距離バスターミナルのすぐ隣、鉄道駅からも1km以内です。丘の頂上にある旧市街行きのエレベーターもわずか数百メートル先にあります。ホテルの設備も素晴らしく、客室は広々としており、設備も充実しています。特に入り口近くのTaco Starはおすすめです。本当に美味しいです！夕方は行列ができるので、午後に行くことをお勧めします。

ゲゲストNice and clean place like home but it's little bit hard to find new traveler because it's located corner of street which can't see sign until get there. Close to old Town and friendly staff and quiet. Overall great place to short stay.. thanks

ゲゲスト部屋はかなり広いです。古城までは車で約10分かかります。古城では駐車が困難です。大きな駐車場がある城まで移動することをお勧めします。他のエリアに駐車するのは非常に困難です。
ホテル全体の雰囲気はとても良く、朝食もとても豊富で、子供たちもとても気に入っています。

ZZiqian超出預期的好，有露台，可以看到山上的景點，有相機的這裏最好，有免費停車場，有酒吧可以早點，不貴。房間很大，床很大，衞生間也很大，住起來很舒服，非常適合度假，但要有車才方便。

NNoel Carpio1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock.
2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion.
3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria.
4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.

ゲゲストThe hotel is fine enough with a good location but very unwelcoming…. The person who checked us in was not friendly at all…. No Hello or anything.. Could not even find the wifi password.
The following morning we saw her again as we were going out for a walk and she was coming in…. Again, no acknowledgement at all… far different from our last hotel where the receptionist even asks if all is good with us upon seeing us a second time.

ゲゲストWe have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.
The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.
Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.
This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.
Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.
It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.
