ゲゲストThe hotel blasted recorded music in the outside common area from 7 pm until 10 pm every night during my 3-day stay. The music was so loud I couldn't sleep, hear the TV, or even have a conversation. It sounded like there is a live band playing on the balcony outside my room (and my room was on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel). The breakfast was so bad that I skipped it the last two days of my stay( despite having paid for it). Finally, the bed was so hard it felt like I was lying on a marble slab. All in all, an unexpectedly disappointing experience! I will say, however, that the hotel staff was polite, professional, and kind (as is typical in Thailand).
