ゲゲストI am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a serious safety issue during our recent stay at your hotel.
We stayed at Good Nakhonsawan Hotel from 18–20 December in Room 408. Unfortunately, the electricity blacked out on two consecutive nights, both times while my elderly father was showering.
This situation created a significant safety hazard, as the bathroom became completely dark, increasing the risk of slipping or falling. My father is an older person, and this experience caused both distress and concern for our family. A power failure during shower time is unacceptable, particularly when guest safety is involved.
While we understand that technical issues can occur, the fact that this happened two nights in a row indicates a lack of proper maintenance or preventive measures. No adequate solution was provided to prevent a recurrence.
I am requesting:
1. A formal explanation for the repeated power outages
2. Confirmation of corrective actions taken to prevent this from happening again
3. Consideration of appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and safety risk caused
I hope the management will treat this matter seriously, as guest safety should always be a top priority. I look forward to your response.
