Very clean.   My only complaints  -  There was some loud banging around 5 am, couldn’t figure out where that came from and the garbage truck ran at 4:15am all around the property at other businesses so you could hear dumpsters slamming down for about 30 minutes

Although the hotel is still quite new, the rooms already show a surprising amount of wear and tear. The cleanliness is okay. The location and breakfast were good. Only real minus was the parking situation. There's one lot for two hotels and definitely too few spots for all guests to find a spot. We had to park on the side of the lot in the driveway together with three other cars when we arrived in the night.

ベッドはきれいではなかった。シーツに髪と食べ物の粉が!フロントデスクの店員はとても素敵で、シーツを持ってきました。彼女は彼女がホテルで唯一の人だったので、彼女は私たちのためにシーツを交換するために誰かを送ることができなかったので、私たちは自分のベッドを交換しなければなりませんでした! 寝た後の午後10時頃、誰かが私たちの上の部屋で走り回っているのを聞き始めました。彼らが落ち着くかどうかを確認するために約1時間辛抱強く待っていましたが、ついにフロントデスクに電話して文句を言わなければなりませんでした。デスクの店員は、彼女が数分後にそれを処理すると述べ、騒音は止まり、深夜まで眠りに落ちなかった。

とてもきれいな部屋、静かです。最初の挨拶はとてもいいです(マネージャー)。レストランは本当にオープンバーのコンセプトです。バーテンダーは、親しみやすさやサービスにあまり関心を寄せませんでした。バーに座っている私たちと話さなかった。名前タグはありません。挨拶や真のサービスはありません。夕食に翼を注文しました。平皿、冷たい、サイドディップソースの容器に到着しました。感動しません。「他に何か?」などのオファーはありません。テレビをスポーツに切り替えましたが、ボリュームはありません。誰かがレッグバレーボールに夢中になっているかのように?屋内プールは非ヒートで、プールデッキと同様に滑らかな床です。まったく楽しむことができませんでした。プールは非ヒートと宣言する必要があります!チェックアウト時にデスクの店員を中断しなければなりませんでした(彼女は電話でテキストメッセージを送っていました)。滞在方法などについては質問はありません。言うまでもなく、非常にがっかりしました。二度とそこに滞在しません..

滞在自体は快適でしたが、4日間一度もハウスキーピングがなかったのは残念でした。夕方のフロントの男性はとても親切で、部屋の変更まで手伝ってくれました。

Would have given them 5 happy faces for the swimming pool BUT it was only open from 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. We didn't get to swim because of the time limitations. 👎 I was so disappointed 😞 But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍 Everything was clean and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍 We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉

The room was clean for the most part (the price we paid, you can't expect it to be spotless). The stay was okay, our air-conditioner didnt work and we were so tired the first nignt, we didnt say anything. We got up and left, spending most of the day out. When we got back, we still didnt say anything about the air not working. However, on the 3rd day we did mention it to the guy up front. He offered to change rooms but we declined since we only had one more night left. The guy returned to our room with a box fan for us! Very sweet gesture and we gladly accepted. I always clean up after myself before leaving so they don't have as much of a mess to clean. It was a $50 deposit at check-in with the statement it could be 4-6 weeks before its issued back. We recieved the deposit back the same day, a few hours after leaving. Again, it isnt a luxury high-end place but it was worth the price paid and a very friendly front desk worker!

フロントデスクのスタッフは本当に親切で親切だと思いました。チェックインとチェックアウトはとても迅速で簡単でした。朝食は最小限でしたが、良かったです。ワッフルメーカー、シリアル、ヨーグルト、トースト、コーヒー、ジュースがあります。私たちはそれに満足していました!そして、私たちは小さいながらも素敵なプールで泳ぎました!ダウンタウンから約10分、高速道路の乗り降りが簡単という好立地でした。ホテル、特に部屋のカーペットは少し荒廃していると思いますが、大丈夫でした!テレビは機能し、十分なチャンネルがあり、ベッドは快適でした。価格の面では、それだけの価値がありました。

I was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally overstay, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating.

バレンタイン週末に訪れ、午後2時にチェックインできました。部屋は清潔で素敵です。シャワーは素晴らしくきれいでした。唯一の不満は、3ではなく4本の枕を使用できたということです。
