I really enjoy to stay in this hotel, located in the historical part of the city just below the castle (10 min walk to the gates). The room was very clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine- which was a very nice surprise 😃. The hosts are very friendly, giving recommendations on the restaurants and cafes nearby, always welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast is good! Breakfast location is so nice and cozy that I enjoyed just to sit there)) There is a bell tower nearby, so every hour you hear this time-bell, but it tolls only during the day and +100 points to the atmosphere Definitely recommend!

酒店坐落在卡爾卡松城堡內，教堂旁邊，環境優美，是家有歷史的古堡酒店。我們的奔馳商務車導航位置有點偏差，停在了河邊停車場，步行到了酒店，酒店再用小車把行李拉到酒店。冬天泳池不開放，早上可以古堡徒步。酒店花園很精緻，早餐十點一刻就結束，對度假酒店來説有點太早，晚餐需要預約，我們沒有提前預約衹能去外面吃。酒店推薦了一家旁邊餐廳，步行5分鐘，菜品很驚艷，連吃了兩頓。入住了家庭套房，有張大床和一張80公分單人床，我們入住4人，酒店免費又給我們加了一張單人床。洗浴用品都是嬌韻詩，淋浴水極大，房間內暖氣充足，入住很舒適，非常適合家庭度假。酒店工作人員非常熱情，贈送的城堡黑巧也很美味。

good points : superb hotel quiet and clean, 200m from the beach, beside the pedestrian street with all restaurants and coffee. the swimming pool is small but enough to refresh. Bad points : check-in 16h00 to 20h00. check out 8am to 11am... you get 19h max but you still pay for 24h.... opening of swimming pool in the morning when you need to check out. and really too few parking places..... in season, you need to turn in the area untill you are lucky enough to find one. yes, i know, you can do nothing about it, but that's a fact.

Room was comfortable, housekeeping actually really made the room! Some hotels have been so slacked at this, so it was a great surprise to come back to. Free parking, not far to walk to LA Cité. The bunk bed and single bed configuration was great for children.

Good for overall, quiet place, clean, nice view, negative point is the Check in on which the information message never arrived on my phone (looks like app issue from Trip.com) which we have to do by ourselves before to get access to the garage and finally the room…. So good luck for finding a place before to go in your room. After this stressful time, great experience and staff on the morning was super nice

The hotel was perfectly situated literally just outside the old city walls of Carcassonne. The rooms were very clean, tidy and well kept. The facilities were excellent at the hotel and the terrace was the perfect setting for ending the day with sundowners. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of taking a trip to Carcassonne.

Een prima kwaliteit prijs verhouding hotel. Goed gelegen, vlak achter de snelweg bij Narbonne. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Een absolute aanrader.

тихая окраина города, удобно только на авто, но паркинг отличный, безопасный, номер чистый и современный и комфортный, завтра правда очень скромный и нужно ходить с подносами

Отель очень понравился, не смотря на то что не было банковской карты что бы внести депозит, персонал пошел на встречу и заселил в номер. В номере была идеальная чистота. Вечером был шикарный ужин всего за 12 евро, а утром завтрак. Так же было предоставлено место для хранения велосипеда.

素晴らしい格安ホテルで、プールもありますが、私たちは利用しませんでした。道路から少し離れた便利な場所にあり、お店、スーパーマーケット、ガソリンスタンドの近くにありますが、静かです。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。2 日目の夜に部屋のエアコンに問題がありましたが、すぐに部屋を変えてくれました。朝食はおいしかったです。ここに泊まるのは 2 回目です。この地域に来たらまた来ます。
