「Pada saat check in kami ditawarkan untuk upgrade ke kamar dgn view pemandangan dan tmbahan charge 50k. Setelah setuju dan membayar kami menuju kamar, sampai di kamar saya mmbuka pintu balkon dan yg kami lihat bukan view pemandangan melainkan jalanan dan area parkir hotel. Kecewa krn ptugas hotel tidak mnjelaskan dgn detail dan tdk dijelaskan jg bahwa hnya tersisa satu kamar lg. Kemudian saluran kamar mandi jg mampet, sehingga air tergenang pada saat mandi. Tv tidak berfungsi, bikin anak2 jd gak betah di kamar.」

「Pariban hotel was a very nice place to stay near Berastagi. The surrounding area is beautiful at the base of Mt Sibayak. There are numerous hot springs nearby but Pariban also has a private hot spring pool for guests which is great. The amenities were okay, however we had to ask for a bathmat and toilet paper. Also the toilet cistern was leaking. Overall, we would definitely stay here again however just be aware it is quite a way from the town of Berastagi and not ideal if you are wanting to do a sunrise hike of Mt Sibayak. It's important to know that since it is quite far from Berastagi itself, if you book a private driver you may be charged extra to get here.」

「We stayed at Sapo Karo Rest House as a family, booking 2 rooms. The location is very good—close to main attractions in Berastagi but still peaceful and calm. The environment is relaxing, perfect for family bonding and rest. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the surroundings felt safe and quiet. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!」

「Отель приемлемый. Жили на вилле. Горячая вода была с трудом, ходя в соседней было все отлично. Хороший бассейн, отличный завтрак. Вай фай в среднем, даже наверное хуже. А так за свою цену отлично.」
