私たちは3時間離れた場所に住んでいて、早朝の医療手続きの前に一晩中まともな部屋が必要でした。私たちは、医療センターにかなり近く、リーズナブルな料金でこのホテルを選びました。入り口のすぐ外でタバコの煙の臭いが気になりましたが、中に入ると煙の臭いがしませんでした。ロビーと部屋は新鮮できれいに見えました。ロビーに新しい床カバーがあり、全体に新鮮なペンキが塗られているようです。スタッフは親切で、快適で親切でした。これは古いホテルで、いくつかの摩耗を示していますが、最近のフェイスリフトは新しい生活を与えました。私たちの部屋とベッドは清潔で快適でした。このスリープインはにぎやかな交差点にありますが、私たちの部屋には通りの騒音はありません。ホテルの入り口の向かいにあるコンビニに数回旅行し、そこのスタッフも満足しました。私は完全に安全だと感じました。プールやエクササイズルームを使用していないため、コメントすることはできません。両方のエリアはきれいに見えましたが、ホットタブが故障しているという兆候に気づきました。朝食の運賃は素晴らしい選択を提供し、かなり典型的なものです。私たちは滞在に満足しており、リーズナブルな料金で快適な滞在のためにスリープインをお勧めします。

Clean room. Breakfast could have been better than processed food. I got charged 5 USD per night from booking through trip.com. The staff told me that it is the fee that they usually charge the guest who book their place through 3th parties. With that, they should inform beforehand. Charging without prior notice is unacceptable.

Great friendly service. You can tell the manager takes pride in his hotel and cares genuinely for the care and satisfaction of his customers. I would say the 6.7 rating is accurate. I enjoyed the quietness, bathtub, great air con, comfortable and clean bed, and great pillows. The only thing missing is rhe cleanliness of the floors and bathroom. I found two ***** hairs in the sink and after walking barefoot on the new LVP, I noticed my feet were dirty after bathing. Also commons area outside thr breakfast buffet was very dirty and the floor was sticky. The smell in the hallway is bad because of the old carpet, which needs to go. Also, consider replacing the door number signs (upgrading) and bleaching the shower curtain. Overall, easy fixes to make it worth an $80 room with taxes included. I felt like I overpaid a bit for thr quality. Saying that, everything else was nic and especially the owner/manager. Grateful for this stay.

Hotel was nice. Not a lot of amenities. Front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. Discounts at local eateries with room card. Walking distance to Gateway Lounge.

Upon arrival infprmed entire cleaning staff resigned so had to wait. Well, during sturgis rally I took higher road and refused room cleaning. I didnt want to pile on. Bed was like a sandwich -bad backs beware. Slept few hours a nite but, bed orevent avrestful bight sagged at every possible angle tried. Room was very clean except grout a tile near tub. Breakfast was muffin make your own waffle eggs skin milk ceral bacon toast bagels muffin. Eat elsewhere coffee was good. Rest of hotel I woukdnt judge they wrre adaptung best they could

I don't know why this hotel has so low rating. The location is great, it's clean and has a warm environment, very friendly staff. The breakfast is continental, but it'good enough to start your day. Alot of parking space even for 26' truck. Hot water goes right away, the bath tub was vlean with no spots whatsoever. Iron and hairdryer were in the room. No coffee machine, but at lobbe coffee is available around the clock

The hotel was very clean, a little older of a hotel but it had covered parking area which was nice. A nice breakfast was included every morning which included cereal, eggs, pancakes, waffles, breads, etc.. We went for Sturgis Bike week so everything was extremely busy and of course we paid more than three times the price per night for the hotel. It was close to Deadwood, walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Lots to do in the area. If we go back, it would be before or after bike week so it wouldn't have been so busy.
