オーストリアケルンテン州で、バーのあるホテル

So far, this has been the best service I've had since I started my summer holidays this year. I checked in on August 6th around 6 pm, and the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She communicated all the important information clearly and recommended some nice restaurants to go to and local dishes to try. The next day, there were different staff members at reception, and they always greeted me with a smile — that is priceless in a hotel. I also admired their awareness of climate change and the thoughtful suggestions and encouraging messages in the room about being more proactive on this important issue. In times like these, we need more hotels like this. When we're on vacation, it's easy to use more resources (water, electricity…) than we need because ”we're not at home,” but it's all about our main home 🌎. This boutique hotel is nicely decorated and cosy. Its location is truly convenient — just a 6-minute walk from Villach Hbf and a block or two away from the Old Town. Thank you for the lovely stay!

クラゲンフルトの街はとてもきれいです。ワーテルゼーはオーストリアで有名な湖の 1 つです。ウィーンとクラゲンフルトでは、誰もがマウンテン アギルスからきれいで安全な湧き水を飲んでいます。屋外環境は自然でとても美しいです。夏の初めから、湖は人や観光客でいっぱいで、ホテルの価格は非常に高くなります。屋外運動、湖での水泳、ハイキングに最適です。だから今冬、このホテルの価格はかなりリーズナブルです!

at first rooms had a very strong smell, we requested to change it and they said we don't have more rooms and you will have to pay more, and when we refused, out of no where, 2 more single rooms were available

部屋は清潔で快適でした。クラーゲンフルトの中心部に位置し、バスターミナルからすぐなので、移動に便利です。ヴェルター湖までは車でわずか10～15分です。部屋にはケトルは備え付けられていませんが、フロントで貸し出し可能です。6階で朝食をとれば、街と遠くの山々のパノラマビューをお楽しみいただけます。

Excellent hotel and extremely polite employees. The food was delicious. I went one night to the spa center. The hotel has a sauna. It is worthy to come back to it.

My main complaint is that you need to access by motorway and need to pay or receive a fine and this is not clearly stated by the hotel

Het hotel is oud, maar wordt opgefleurd door alle brocante en herkenbare oude zaken, zoals een treincoupe en een telefooncel. De kamer was netjes schoon en netjes en onderhouden . Mijn negatieve punt betreft de WIFI waar streaming programma's continue moesten bufferen of gewoon stopten
