中国山東省で、朝食のあるホテル

友人と済南旅行で利用しました。フロントのGavinさんが部屋をアップグレードしてくださり、チェックインもスムーズにできました。アップグレードされた部屋にはエグゼクティブ特典が付いており、食事もとても美味しく、サービスは満点です。高層階の部屋だったので眺めも素晴らしく、泉城の美しい景色を一望できました😊

唯一の難点は場所が少し遠いことですが、それ以外は全て完璧でした。 エレベーターを降りてホテルに入った瞬間から、とても良い香りがしました。客室も嫌な臭いが一切なく、清潔感に溢れ、快適な環境でした。 3日間宿泊しましたが、騒音もなく、静かで、非常に快適な滞在でした。 客室フロアに入るにはカードキーが必要なセキュリティーゲートがあり、プライバシーもしっかり確保されており、安心して過ごせました。 朝食も種類が豊富で衛生的、そして美味しかったです。 フロントスタッフの皆さんはお若く、非常に親切で、コミュニケーションもスムーズでした。清掃スタッフの方も細やかな気配りができ、私たちが飲み水に困らないよう、わざわざ部屋にミネラルウォーターを何本か届けてくださいました。 チェックアウトの際には、フロントスタッフの方がお持ち帰り用のミネラルウォーターをくださり、細部にわたるまで、きめ細やかな配慮が行き届いていると感じました。 共有スペースには、たくさんの書籍や子供向けの絵本（読み聞かせ用）もあり、素晴らしいと思いました。 今後ますますのご発展をお祈り申し上げます。自信を持っておすすめできるホテルです。

I spent a weekend here, and it was a great experience! My apartment was absolutely fantastic, offering breathtaking views from the 42nd floor. Waking up to that sea view every morning was truly a highlight of my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The facilities and services provided by the hotel are top‑notch. The hotel staff are helpful and professional. I am glad I chose this hotel for my trip! I genuinely enjoyed every moment spent there. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable experience! 我在这里度过了一个周末，整体体验非常棒！我住的公寓无可挑剔，在42层坐拥壮阔迷人的海景。每天清晨伴着海景醒来，是这次入住最大的惊喜。房间宽敞舒适，奔波一整天之后，可以好好放松身心。酒店配套设施完善，服务水准一流。工作人员待人热心，业务专业。很庆幸这次旅行选择了这家酒店。我十分珍惜在这里度过的每一刻，真心推荐所有想要一段难忘旅途的游客前来入住！

環境：とても静かで、立地も最高です。地下鉄の駅がすぐ下にあるので、どこへ行くにも便利でした。 サービス：もう少し早めにチェックインして観光に出かけたかったので、電話で問い合わせたところ、ホテルの方は快く対応してくださり、早めに部屋を用意してくれました。おかげで旅程が全く遅れることなく、大変助かりました👍 特にWinniさんには感謝しています。とても穏やかで、対応も迅速でした。 朝食：種類が豊富で、豪華な食事でした。

11日間滞在しましたが、サービスはまだとても良いです。頑張ってください。 ただ、比較的古い建物なので、シャワーヘッドから水滴が時々落ちるのと、シャンプーやシャワージェルの質が平均的で、洗濯機などがないので、ドライクリーニングしかできないのが難点です。 、少し残念です！ただし、サービス、衛生状態、装飾はすべてOKです。ここに滞在する人はかなり多いので、試してみることをお勧めします。

Location in quite area,lots of food restaurants close by, no noice of cars or other guests, metro station in 10 min walk with suitcase exit D, 3 stairs + 8 stairs, not exit A as you hve to cross road 4 lanes,breakfastbuffet,coffee nachine,meat with bones fried,boiled,scrambled eggs available, cakes too

設備：良い 健康状態：良好 環境：良い サービス: 良い このホテルのサービスは本当に心温まり、きめ細やかで春のように暖かいです。 ホテルは絶好のロケーションにあり、交通機関が全方向に伸びているため、旅行が簡単かつ便利になり、時間と労力を節約できます。私たちが泊まった部屋はとても居心地が良く、設備の整った朝食は種類が豊富でとても美味しかったです。全体的にこのホテルにはとても満足しており、次回もここを選ぶと思います。 ホテルの環境もサービスも最高です。環境の面では、ホテルは非常に新しく、スカイガーデン、ジム、子供の遊び場などの設備が充実しています。サービス面では、接客態度がとても良く、アットホームな雰囲気です。 設備・部屋に関しては、部屋は広く、設備・備品も比較的新しいです。 2組の家族は隣り合った部屋を希望していましたが、部屋の真ん中のドアはスイートのように開くことができ、とても便利でした。

Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

まず、「多くの国での宿泊に成功している」と売りにしているこの規模のホテルとしては、部屋には使い捨てのトイレタリー、シャンプー、シャワージェルが備え付けられており、山への物資の運搬に支障はないものの、ティーバッグやインスタントコーヒーなどの淹れたての飲み物はない。 第二に、山頂のホテルに泊まる人のほとんどは翌日日の出を見に行くのですが、ホテルには暖かいコートがありません。 朝食と夜のビュッフェは、夕食が88ドル、朝食が38ドル。便利なだけでなく、そのクオリティは言葉では言い表せないほどです。 これらはすべて、ホテルのロビーの片側にある契約済みの「ティーバー」を指しており、そこでは暖かいジャケットを50元でレンタルでき、お茶1ポットの料金は約300元です。 安徽省黄山の頂上にある白雲ホテルも山の頂上にあるホテルで、私は何度も宿泊したことがあります。レストランでは豪華な食事、暖かいコート2着、無料のフルーツ、地元の特製お茶などを提供しています。 上記は事実を述べたもの、比較したもので、評価はしていません。やはり、地域性があるからこそ素晴らしいのです。 コメントを見る他の通行人のために事前準備しておきます。
