Minus 1. Rook 316. Air conditioner not working. Remote screen broken and cannot see control panel. Couldn't change to another room as hotel was full. Had to sleep in room with fan only. 2. Fan didn't seem to work at first but staff managed to repair it. Working fan made loud noises. 3. No mirror in room. 4. One window faces inside of the house corridor the 2nd window is in toilet facing the outside. Plus 1. Both staff at reception very friendly especially the night shift guy who helped to solve the air con and fan problem. Both are good in english. 2. TV has a few channels in English. 3. There is lift and room has the basic amenities. 4. Location is superb and a good local restaurant nearby.

The hotel is a true 5 stars. The manager of the hotel will look at you down if you are not your typical white traveler, other than that the rest of the hotel staff is amazing.

Llegué antes de las 3pm y me dijeron que únicamente se podía hacer el check in a partir de las 3pm sin verificar si tenían siquiera habitación lista. Llegué por la noche y me atendió el chico nocturno Manuel, muy majo. Me comentó la particularidad de la habitación y me acompañó hacia ella y me explicó todo para que no tuviera dudas por la noche. El desayuno tienen buena variedad. Está muy bien para pasar unos días por ubicación y calidad-precio.

Неожиданно приятно было, что в отеле русский хозяин! Очень гостеприимный и доброжелательный. Отель чистый, всё новое, не так давно открыт. Есть всё необходимое, дали воду сколько было нужно (питьевую). Была горячая вода, с чем в других местах в Доминикане возникали проблемы.. за свою цену отель просто супер, советуем. Завтрака особого нет, правда, но неподалеку есть разные кафе. Парковка тоже была у отеля.

環境，位置，服務，設施超讚，花園有熱帶雨林的感覺，酒店本身歷史不短，周邊購物用餐方便，入住當天趕上有什麼政治活動，總統蒞臨了，會推薦給朋友，自己下次還會選擇這家。

同僚と私は2回滞在を延長し、合計6泊しました。立地は非常に良く、セレナ、ブルーモール、アゴラモールに近く、スタッフのサービスも素晴らしかったです。ある晩、パック入りのチャーハンをフロントに持って行き、温めてもらいました。すると、背の高いスタッフがレストランまで運んで温めてくれ、スプーン、ナイフ、フォークも持ってきてくれました。スタッフ全員が笑顔で接客してくれました。ホテルの部屋はとても新しく、とても静かです（階下は道路に面していますが、防音対策がしっかりされていて静かです）。朝食も美味しく、環境も良く、真新しいジムがあり、屋上にはプールがあり、そこで横になって美しい夕日と星空を眺めたことは、本当に忘れられない思い出になりました。今後、サントドミンゴに出張する際も、必ずここに泊まりたいと思っています。また、100メートルほど離れたところに中華料理店があり、とても便利です。

早餐十分美味 ，地理位置方便 ， 附近好多美食餐館 ，房間十分安靜 ， 門口也有停車場. 到機場打車大概30分鐘 ，最美的是加勒比海邊 ， 那種壯觀和美 沒法用語言表達 . 非常滿意的一次商旅

還沒住到飯店前，就已感受到飯店的親切服務，因在未進住前用mail請飯店聯絡接機，mail往來時就已有很不錯的感覺，住了2晚之後，不後悔選擇住這飯店。
