ゲゲストThe general experience was good. In considered the stay a bit expensive for Ecuador (79$ for two days incl breakfast). One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because of free drinking water. However, the water is positioned in a way that you can fill up only small cups. So I still had to buy a lot of water bottles outside, which made my stay more expensive than expected. The pool area is beautiful. Service was nice. Location close to the center, I could explore the main tourist attractions (La perla, Malecon, Cementery) by foot. The breakfast is kind of a surprise, you can choose betweeen American and Local. I prefered the local one, the Banana tasted amazing. In advance of my stay I asked for an early check-in at 8 clock, which apparently was not possible. However, my room was ready at about 10.30. Wifi was excellent. Shower had lots of warm water. No mosquito net at the windows and it was not possible to close the windows in my completely.

ゲゲストQuiet location. Walking distance to Malecon. Good breakfast. Check in was fast and smooth. Ate supper at hotel as food was good and price was reasonable. There were security guards at the doors. Lock box in room. Nice closet. Air conditioning was good. Nice window view. Good reliable internet. Nice pool but not deep enough. Gym was well equipped. Neighborhood did not seem to have many nice restaurants. There is a pharmacy close by as well as a mini mart for snacks and drinks. Public transportation is very close. Elevators were very quick. Staff were friendly and professional.

Location was great very close to Malcolm area so you can go walk and a lot of restaurants and activity.Jacuzzi, which it helped me a lot after 32 hours flight make me relax.
Very good buffet breakfast in the morning,it was delicious. in all I had a great time stayed with them. Thank you Unipark oro verde

ゲゲストThey will check if there is anything missing from the room during your check-out so please make sure you inform them immediately when getting into the room and you dont see anything. My case, they were looking for the feet towel which I did not get it at the beginning. No one is going to steal used dirty feet towel back home, I would say this is probably a bag management from the front desk and house keeping people. Hot water in the shower was not working in my room. Breakfast was terrible, bad quality of ingredients. However, the price is reasonable and it has a good location. WIFI was strong. Great option for overnight transit.

ゲゲストEl Hilton Colón necesita una renovación de las instalaciones. No han hecho nada en 10 años y ya se necesitan mejoras.
La caja fuerte me dio problemas y el desayuno me decepcionó un poco, ya que las frambuesas tenían hongos. El poder hacer un jugo fresco de verduras y fruta es genial.
La luz se fue 3 veces en una noche y el generador tardó un par de minutos en ponerse en marcha.
El shuttle al aeropuerto funciona muy bien.

AAlvsroFelipeMe hospedé en el hotel y en general la experiencia fue buena. La habitación es cómoda, bien equipada y cumple con lo esperado en cuanto a confort.
Sin embargo, considero que hay aspectos importantes por mejorar. La limpieza debería ser impecable, especialmente tratándose de un hotel de este nivel. También el desayuno resulta repetitivo, ya que ofrecen prácticamente lo mismo todos los días, lo cual podría mejorar con mayor variedad.
En resumen, es un buen lugar para hospedarse, pero con algunos ajustes en limpieza y oferta gastronómica podría elevar significativamente la experiencia del huésped.
